A.I can’t recommend Jason and the team highly enough. By far the best panel beaters I have ever used. I was able to use their courtesy car for a week and when I got my car back it looked brand new and was very thoroughly cleaned. They were really great at communicating updates, and are such friendly and welcoming people.
D.Jason and his team are truly an amazing team, Initially my car was going to be 3-4 months off the road right during Xmas and Holiday period.
They have done all the work - picked it up within 1 days notice and ready in 4 weeks.
Communication and how they go about there business is so impressive.

A.The team at Panmech did an amazing job! They were repairing the front drivers side door panel, and estimated ~4 days. They leant me a simple, easy to drive car for the duration of the job, which was very much appreciated. The day after I dropped my car off, it was ready to be picked up - so efficient! When I picked up my car, the work done looked amazing - it looks brand new. Furthermore, the car had been cleaned inside and out, and looked so good. Also, shout-out to the receptionist who was warm, friendly and helpful. The waiting area was clean and tidy, the team I interacted with were friendly and helpful. I have had help over the phone to save me a trip for inspection before parts beings ordered, a courtesy car and really fast, friendly efficient service. They even helped me remove and install car seats. The parts replaced were in excellent condition. I was always informed of timing and progress via text and email. They were amazing in dealing with everything, giving me a courtesy car, replacing the 3 damaged side panels and even making electrical adjustments which made me feel like I drove away in a brand new car again! The stereo even sounded better than before!! This is the 2nd time I have used them (first to get a vehicle ready for sale) and will not hesitate to go back if needed.

N.The most amazing service as soon as you walk in the door. Incredibly professional and will always go the extra mile for their customers. My tyre pressure light was on so Panmech checked them all and reset this for me as well as topping up my washer fluid. The work completed on the back bumper was excellent and I felt like I was driving away in a brand new car after the repairs. This is the second time I have used Panmech and I will not go anywhere else.

A.I had my vehicle door and c-frame repaired at Panmech during the COVID level 3 lock down. The work they completed was excellent (to my novice eye) and done quickly. They took their H&S responsibilities during COVID Level 3 lock down seriously. They had pick up and drop off procedures in place, and cleaning/disinfection of the vehicle prior to pick up. My car came back spotless (cleaner than it's been since I purchased it). Overall very happy. The work was done via insurance so I can't comment on value.

G.The Panmech team are true professionals!
I have dealt with them twice for two seperate insurance claims. The first was a minor accident and they repaired my vehicle quickly and to a high standard.
The second accident left my vehicle with a significant amount of damage. They were quick to get a quote to the insurance company (who were useless), and through the whole process i got more timely updates from Panmech than i did from my insurance broker or the insurance company.
The vehicle ended up being written off but if Panmech had done the repairs i am sure they would've done a great job.
