Recently I had an occasion to use the services of Rapid Repair Ltd to have a damaged bonnet replaced on my car.From the initial contact to collecting the repaired vehicle I have nothing but praise for Tana Talamaivao and his team. Communication was very good and a written description of the job and estimated costs provided. While the car was being repaired a courtesy car was provided by the company which I appreciated. The repair was carried out on time and I was really pleased with the outcome.Before returning the car to me it was cleaned and polished.The contact and repair was a problem free exercise completed with skill. I wish to highly recommend this company to future customers requiring panel beating repairs to their vehicles.

Tama, Esther, Paul and the team are amazing! Have used these guys over the years for both insurance and private jobs, they have gone out of their way to give me the best deal they can. My car always comes back better than when I first got it, and access to a courtesy car if needed. Can not recommend these guys enough for friendly, professional and efficient service. My insurance job's have been a breeze with these guys and stressfree.

Where do you start on the praises for the awesome work that Tana Talamaivao and his team did on my car after a slight mis judgement to my left front passenger door. They not only repaired my mistake, but they also groomed my car to when I first brought it of the lot which I wasn't expecting. They had a courtesy car ready when I dropped of mine and when to expect it ready to pick up, even with the long weekend. I highly recommend Tana and his team for any panel repairs you need done to your car, you will be well taken care off from the start to finish. I know where I'll be going if I misjudge my gaps again. Having your car hit is never a pleasant experience but it really helps dull the pain when you receive such excellent service when you get your car repaired. Tana and his team deal with everything in a very calm and efficient way and nothing is too much trouble. They keep you informed along the way and do a fantastic job !

Rapid but not a rush job! I really do not know where to begin. Paul and the team were fantastic in every facet of the repair and clearly live and breathe good old-fashioned kiwi service where brand, reputation and workmanship mean everything. I have an old Hilux Surf, and someone changed lanes into the side of it, I love my old truck and although old it is looked after and loved. The second I walked in to drop the old girl off I was treated like I had driven up in a Ferrari. Paul was ultra-responsive the entire way through the process and you can tell he loves what he does because of the care and attention he takes at every step to make sure everything is done right – and it’s very clear that attitude and work ethic flows down to the rest of the team. I have 4 cars including an old 67 Galaxie and I am an extremely fussy owner and picky as hell about all my cars; they are meticulously maintained and cared for. I’m the guy that parks at the far end of car park away from other cars so they won’t get door dings or scratched. If anything needs doing on any of my cars it’s coming here no question. Thanks Paul and the entire team at Rapid – absolutely brilliant workmanship and service!

This is the second time I have used Rapid Repair Specialists after being hit. On both occasions I have received AMAZING service from Tana and the team who were able to accomodate me straightaway. Professionalism is an A+ with friendly service and a great little courtesy car for me to use! When I picked up my vehicle it looked better than when I purchased it - fully cleaned, polished and sanitised. A great experience during covid L3 in Auckland. Rapid Repair Specialists worked seamlessly with my insurance company and provided a very no stress solution to my bumped car. Absolute pleasure delight to drop of my vehicle. My vehicle was picked up from my work at 730am, Left me with a courtesy car, and received a txt by 2pm, my vehicle is ready for pick up… AWESOME. Paul and his team were amazing to work with!! My car was stolen and needed ignition damage repairs and other exterior damages fixed and they had it all done to perfection within no time. They went out of their way to then clean my car completely and even polish the headlights for no extra charge, just to make the experience even better! Highly recommend, my car looks as good as new

I had a lady rear end me and came to Rapid Repair Specialists to get it fixed. It was such an effortless process getting a quote and arranging a time to get the damage fixed. They were flexible and efficient and the work they did on my car was perfect!!! It looks brand new. The car was ready to be picked up on time but they also worked around my schedule for pick up time. Would definitely recommend these guys. Service was great and the workmanship faultless. Tana is an all round good guy too!

Rapid Repair Specialists are easily one of the most professional teams in their area of expertise. Picked up my car today and so happy. Paul and Tana are great to work with, they communicate clearly and aim for a shared understanding. And all this through two Level 3 lockdowns. I had an incident with my car and after talking with Paul and Tana I knew I was in the right place, they explained exactly what they were doing and what time frame I’d be looking at, very professional. The repairs are flawless and they even cleaned my car which I wasn’t expecting.. nice touch boys. Got rear ended and took my car in for repairs to the bumper - and had such a great experience! Repair looks immaculate, car was given back to me beautifully cleaned inside and out, and Paul kept me up to date along the way with great communication re. any decisions that needed to be made, etc. Absolutely recommend Rapid Repair, made getting my car fixed an absolute breeze!

My car was involved in a minor accident at a parking lot. I searched for a few panel and paint companies to get my car fixed. I was impressed with what I heard about Rapid Repair Specialists. So I went in and asked for repairs to be done. Paul and his team are amazing. He asked me if I needed a loan car. He took the photos and coordinated with the insurance company. He ordered brand new headlights & grill for the repair. I dropped the car and within few days they got everything looking in a pristine condition. WOW. There aren't enough adjectives to describe my experience. I am impressed. Now I understand why people rank them highly. They are now my preferred company to get any car work done. My car had minor damage while it was parked. As part of my insurance claim I selected Rapid Repair to get my car fixed. I went in and asked for repairs to be done. Tana,Paul and his team are amazing. He took the photos and coordinated with the insurance company I dropped the car and within couple of days they got the repairs done. I am very veryimpressed with their service. I did a claim through my insurance and it was for back bumper and the glass. They did a great job. I am really happy and I would suggest everyone to use rapid repair in the future. Tana was great to communicate with 5 stars from me.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Wish I could give more than 5 stars for these guys. I would like to personally thank Paul and his team for the amazing work they did with my car. Had a small accident in Jan and the back left side of the vehicle was damaged. Not only did they fix that, but my car looked and FELT brand new as I was driving it home. They cleaned my car inside and out!!! It only took them a little over a week and I was given a loan car during that time. Great place to go for any panelbeating service. The guys here are super friendly and helpful and they do a great job aswell. I had been searching for a panelbeater to fix my car for months, but none of them must of been looking for parts becuase these guys got in touch with me with a quote the very next day.
