I got my WOF, oil and oil filter done, and changed a fuel pump there as well. My car's been good since I was with Sparg's Auto Tune. Great services, friendly mechanics, and decent price. Highly recommended.😊👍

Whole team are great - Chris and Shaun are very knowledgeable and good communicators. The bad reviews are fake. Chris and Shaun are experts in BMW and Alfa Romeo and many other makes. Well priced.

Had a few problems with my dream car, had no idea how to tackle them (never been to a mechanics myself) but Chris went above and beyond what had to be fixed. Went in to get these few issues sorted and he ran and diagnosed everything. Chris found a few other problems with the car and repaired them too, so happy with the outcome, fully explained the issues and ran through everything with me. They saved me money wherever they could. Highly recommend as their expertise and knowledge is just amazing. Thanks team!

These guys are great. One of the most competent mechanical staff I had to deal with so far. Chris fixed the diesel pump on my van when most of the mechanics would have gave me a very expensive quote to replace it. The price was also very reasonable regarding the effort they put into it. They are busy and there is a good reason for it. Excellent service!

Highly recommended. Natalie is very nice and friendly, always updates me with my car's repair, and Chris is a competent mechanic, he's the only one who was able to fix my car's vibration, and I've been to 4 mechanics already and none of them can give me the right solution until I came to them. Will be recommending them to my friends.

Great mechanics! I've used Spargs Auto many times to repair my car and they really know their stuff. Spargs have sorted out issues that other mechanics couldn't work out. I trust them to always tell me what's really wrong with my car, they explain it clearly and give options for the repairs. They are happy to help with advice. Excellent team, perfect communication. Chris and Natalie are running a professional service, they know what they're doing, and have a special care for cars. Chris and the team are taking their time looking for faults and inform you about anything that might be off, without exceeding the arranged service timeframe. They don't try to rip you off, and don't make suggestions to do service operations that shouldn't or aren't mandatory. Ideal service for any type and any brand of car. If they can't help you with something specific, they'll just tell you frankly in your face. Won't go anywhere else in the future! Totally recommend!

Chris and Natalie and their team are great they provide superb service and and are very helpful and friendly. After many disappointing and expensive visits at other mechanics I'm glad that I found Spargs. They get stuff done efficiently and the price is right too. Highly recommended.

I find the 1Star ratings hard to believe and question their validity. I’ve used Natalie, Chris and Sean for the past 3 months and won’t change unless I’m forced to move cities. I’ve had 1 car serviced, x1 emergency brake pad replacement and x1 pre purchase inspection. Each time I was treated well, was fully informed and considered their prices reasonable. They fit me in urgently at late notice (amazing!). Fully informed me of the mechanical state of my vehicle and helped me avoid a bad purchase choice. Original parts were used unless otherwise specified and LiquidMoly oil was used. If you need a reliable, professional, HONEST and well priced mechanic - use spargs. See you again soon team.

Chris and the team have been looking after our fleet for many years and are always friendly. They always strive to save us money where possible if necessary. I can't recommend them highly enough. You won't be disappointed.

I have a 1963 Cadillac and have been to a number of mechanics on the North Shore. I tried Sparg's Auto Tune after meeting Natalie. The work required was quite complicated and involved removing the transmission. Not only did Natalie keep me informed, of what was going on, she called me in to meet her husband Chris(what he doesn't know about cars isn't worth knowing) who went through the steps with me. They also found some other items which required attention. The job was complicated and the cost was very reasonable.I would recommend Natalie and Chris as the go to people for any old or classic car.

We used to shop around every time we needed work done on the car but we've found that Sprags is the best around. They can do everything, the work is quick and reliable, service is friendly and the price is fair. Highly recommended if you live on the Shore.

We took my wife's 2005 Mercedes to Sparg's Auto Tune for the first time earlier this month, and the car has never felt so smooth. The fuel consumption wasn't bad before taking it to Chris & Natalie but it just got a whole lot better. In a few minutes Chris found the source of an irritating knock in the suspension which we had for nearly 2 years which another reputable European Service Specialist nor Mercedes (North Shore and Newmarket) could not find. The cost of the parts for the repairs was under $200. Chris is the best and Natalie's Customer Service marvelous!!

Our company has had our vehicles serviced and maintained by Spargs Autotune for over seven years. They are very very thorough so we have not needed anything done in-between services. Nothing is too much trouble for Chris and Natalie. Chris "knows his stuff" when it comes to most makes of cars, we have our company Holdens, Toyotas, Volvos, Nissans and Porsches regularly serviced by them. He has a very good team of capable mechanics backing him. Natalie is always friendly and helpful in trying her best to meet our requirements. Without reservation, I highly recommend Spargs Autotune if you are looking for excellent, reliable and trouble free servicing for your car at a very reasonable price. Chris, Natalie and the team at Spargs Autotune are fantastic! Its always a pleasure to visit and use their services which go way beyond any normal workshop. After initially helping prep a race car for me Spargs now service all of our commercial and private vehicles and the vehicles of our friends and family. When ever I need a mechanic on the North Shore of Auckland, I will use Spargs Auto Tune. I recently had a WOF, Service, New Tyres and overall check up done. Chris and Natalie were superb, I felt completely at ease that everything that needed to be done, would be done, and that I wouldn't asked spend money on things that were not necessary. I would definitely recommend anyone to use Sparg's Auto Tune because they are awesome mechanics and have massive integrity.

Always go to Sparg's for all our car WOFs, they have a very professional team who know what they are doing and are always very helpful. You'll feel very well looked after here!

Spargs Autotune were originally recommended to us in 2006. We have used them for all our auto repairs and WOF needs ever since. Our 3 children now use Spargs as well. Completely reliable, competent and efficient - I highly recommend Spargs to anyone.
