Dean & Colleen are great. I tried their shop from word of mouth. Pick up and drop off service was easy, and Dean kept in touch frequently. Very reasonable pricing you absolutely get above and beyond service. There was a minor mishap in the initial service which Dean collected, fixed, and returned free of charge. Legends! I'll keep coming here and recommend to all.

Took 3x boys bike in a box for assembly. 3x very happy boys. 2x very happy parents. Great friendly service. Good prices. Really nice shop. Easy to find. Thanks heaps.

Colleen and the crew did a fantastic job of resurrecting my Giant Upland which had been hybernating under the house for 8 years. Also gave me some ride maps and tips on getting rid of surface rust. Great value and bang on the quote. Very happy

Best BMW motorcycle maintenance/ major service experience I have had ... Dean, Colleeen & Eric were willing & happy to accommodate me on a Saturday morning for a biggish job to make it more convenient for me, and were super friendly and helpful all along the way. Best of all - I didn't have to sell some of my body parts first to fund the old girl's annual once-over - that's always a good thing. (2002 1150GS, so a bit of a "classic", where parts prices could get a tad scary). I will be back ... ;-)

I am glad I found this place. Very friendly and awesome service. My boy fell from his bike. Took the bike for checking, made adjustments, explained what was the issue and ensure the bike is safe to use again. Very recommended!!

Had the big service and chain and sprocket kit done on my BMW 1000rr thanks so much to Dean and the crew at the BM shop I would not hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone with a BMW.

I never write public reviews but wow! Colleen and Dean are a husband-wife duo with their own bike mechanic business. My bike was super low on air and I almost didn’t go to them because they’re not the most centrally locates. Don’t let that deter you - because they’re worth supporting! They fixed my problem perfectly and even dropped me off back to where my route had me starting from. They are GOOD people, did great work, did not even charge me for the tire pump up, and went above and beyond with their service.

Coming from Australia for the Ironman NZ in Lake Taupo, I had no local knowledge of quality bike shops around Auckland that can get my bike serviced just in time for my race. I've looked this shop on Google and I was hesitant at first due to them also extending their service on motorbikes in general but also surprised about how many 5-star reviews they have. So I went to them and stated my issues with my bike and Dean gave me the assurance that it will get resolved quickly and made sure that I'm able to pick it up on time before I leave for Taupo. During the day of collection, other than the fact that I had to call them up for a follow-up after a half day of waiting, Dean went above and beyond and fixed other issues that I didn't notice and I was totally satisfied with my time-trial bike's performance on the Ironman NZ race in Taupo which saw 180kms of no mechanical issues that arised not even a flat tyre. I highly suggest this bike shop to anyone that's looking for a top quality service. As for me, I'll certainly be back again. Thank you Dean and Colleen for accommodating me in a short time and keep up the great work!

Highly recommended workshop. I rang the Bike Maintenance Shop two days ago, because the service light on my BWM motorbike showed up. Promptly I was given an appointment to come in and check through the bike. Obviously the bike was due for an annual inspection, which was done in less than an hour; comprising general maintenance works, computer diagnostics, change of liquids and filters, etc.; all for a very good price. I can highly recommend the workshop as they are very friendly, honest and super professional people. Thanks a lot and all the best.

Very helpful. Took my bike in for a puncture repair. They were able to replace the tube on the spot and only cost $10 for the tube and $10 for the labour.

A mom and pop business operated by passionate people who treat you like their own family. Very knowledgeable on bikes and go the extra mile to help where they can. Reasonably priced too. Can't recommend this place enough. If you have a BMW motorcycle, this is where you should be bringing it.

GREAT JOB, AFFORDABLE and GREAT COMMUNICATION SKILLS. I'm a proud owner of a BMW K1200S motorcycle (Year 2005). Recently I got an issue that seemed to be electrical related (ignition or something). The bike was suddenly running in 3 cylinders.. Clueless what to do - I seek this guys help. Dean (owner and experienced Motorcycle BMW mechanic) was very welcoming, showed the right approach in regards to troubleshooting the issue and invited to the shop multiple times to see with my own eyes the progress made so far. Very clean and tidy shop (also got phone calls from Dean whenever deemed to be necessary). Overall the problem turned out to be simple (thanks god). I also found the price affordable. It's been a pleasure to meet this shop and will definitely come back from now onwards for services or any other issues. Thanks Dean and your Team. TOP JOB

If you are a beemer fan. You have to take your bike here for a check up. These guys know their job. You will be not regret my advise. Thanks to these guys for their hospitality and doing a good job on my bike. They found the problem in 40 minutes where another BMW dealer had my bike for 4 days and another day and could not even access my bike's computer. Well done guys and thanks again.The most tidy workshop i have seen shows how they do and feel about their job and service.

Amazing service, extremely knowledgeable people, and very friendly. I came to install a USB charger, and I'm so glad I went to see them, as they spotted and fixed a few things that would have been hazards, on a long trip I'm about to do.

I was looking for a bike repair place out west a few months ago. I found these guys are both times I’ve used them have found them to be awesome. Friendly, efficient and reasonably priced. On my second visit today, they did the required work for $18.50. A place by my work in town quoted me $350 for a bunch of work that wasn’t even required. Nice to see good honest workmanship and advice with great customer service. Thank you!

I recently had my road bike wheels trued and am extremely satisfied with the results. The price was very good and fast turnaround with very friendly service. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking to have their bike serviced.

Best Service Ever! Dean completed a rebuild on my Quantum 3.0 bicycle in 2015 and has been my go to 'pit crew' ever since. It's great to know that every detail is covered from booking the bike in for service through to collecting the bike. You will not find anywhere in Auckland that offers the full service package like Dean Colleen provide.

I came here to fix a cycle that had been in an accident. Definitely the best service and quality of communication I have experienced anywhere. Colleen and Dean run a professional shop and are always happy to help. By far the best place I've been to. If you're wondering where to go, try these guys. You won't be disappointed.

I was referred to this place to sort out the constantly flat tire on my Mountain Buggy stroller. They looked at it and checked all the tires and pumped them up and I haven't had any issues with the tires since (after having 3 flatties in 4 weeks!). The service is top notch and would recommend to anyone.

I just had the Bike Maintenance Shop give my K1200 the once over. Happy to say they know what they are doing. Deano also sourced me an ECU, and diagnosed the fault with the electric windshield. Great service, honest, and professional, and at a very reasonable price. I’d advise any bicycle or BMW motorbike enthusiast to give them a try the next time a service is needed. Excellent to see the big shops now get some proper competition from someone as passionate and skilled as Deano and Colleen.

Saved me waiting 2 weeks for a service that included a wheel true (all I wanted) at T7. Appropriately priced (bearing in mind many places are a rip off), friendly and overall great service, will definitely use again.
