Reviews of VTNZ North Shore
M.Worked like clockwork this time, but doesn't always. Several months ago, we checked in with reception, and then sat waiting in the car (as we were told to do) for the driving test to begin, and after a long wait, we returned to reception to find out where the VTNZ tester was; only to be informed that the test had been cancelled/postponed, and we should have got a message earlier. WHY didn't they tell us that an hour earlier when we first checked in?
R.Had a fantastic experience today at VTNZ staff were so great the young man outside giving everyone the right forms and looking after a lady who felt faint in the heat. The ladies inside were cheerful an efficient even though they are so busy. The guys doing the warrents must be exhausted too. But wonderful service. Thumbs up VTNZ Glenfield
S.Over a 2 day period I spent just over 3 hours trying to make contact. Eventually I called in and this place is insanely busy and my guess is under staffed. My saving grace was certifierTerry who despite the chaos was great as was the young lad on the desk. Come on vtnz HO.
j.The driveway was on the wrong side of the road. It reminded me of a life long lost to time. European delights and atmospheric lighting a winter Christmas. There my beloved Christine help out for me as I was shipped off to war. Day in day out we wrote unbeknownst to us messages were never to arrive. All of this broken by intermittent horn testing smh
