A.I just did and passed my full license test here. My Instructor was Kannan who was very professional, friendly and clear with instructions.
I am specially posting this to thank and appreciate instructors like Kannan at VTNZ as he knew I was overseas conversion so gave me clear instructions before my driving test. Thanks for your great attitude and keep up the awesome job..!!
K.Today I supported my two elderly neighbours so that they could renew their drivers licenses. The team at Saturn Place went out of their way to accommodate them and their health restrictions. They were kind, compassionate and professional in their dealings. I cannot thank them enough. The security guard, Megan and I think Toni did everything they could to ensure that the process was handled as efficiently as possible for them. Thank you guys. We are all very grateful for your efforts during a very challenging time in New Zealand.
S.Wife did license renewal here this morning, all done in 10 mins including wait time. Much better than AA on constellation.

M.Staff were running a wee bit late for our driving test, no biggy. My brother passed his restricted driving test. Awesome staff.
Rescued two dogs while waiting for his test to finish. Phoned owner who greatfully collected his dogs.
T.Great place to get a WOF. Friendly staff, super quick for the car to go through for its inspection, will definitely be going back there every time. 😃
P.Was first one on line as no bookings available under level 3 but it was a very efficient process in getting my warrent of fitness within 10 minutes. Very satisfied.
C.I wish the counter staff can smile a bit more as advertised.
July 21 update. The counter new staff looks more friendly now, the inspection service is fast and efficient, I always keep my car 2013 lexus sparkling clean and good condition, always pass WOF the first check, but the inspector wrote a comment saying the brake shoe was thin and needs attention in the next WOF, this makes me wondering, a pass is a pass, right? how thin is thin? If there was nothing to write, it's better not to write anything.

M.This is a good place to get your Wof. But you definitely need at least too reception staff. On the desk everyday. Especially at the lunch time rush. As you have stand and wait in line for too long. And if your on a lunch brake got pop in there. Too long to wait.
S.VTNZ Albany was great for my test, very friendly. I was well prepared after lessons with Thomas driving school and passed first try. Thanks everyone
W.The usual VTNZ Albany friendly staff. Quick, efficient and pleasant. Now with Covid to worry about, they get you through as fast and safely as they can. It costs too much, but they make it as pleasant as they can.
S.Friendly team. Unfortunately first practical test needed to be deferred due to traffic congestion after a few minutes into the course. Instructor Cody was quick to pick up on some much needed driving improvements for my son, which we were able to focus on and pass the following week in Westgate.
D.This is coming as a really late review.I am a student at Massey university,Albany.I was assigned constellation as I booked it in urgent because of a driving ticket compliance that I had.CODY was assigned to me as my driving test officer.This was my third attempt at driving test and among the three instructors Cody has the BEST attitude .He was not being condescending like the others and greeted me in a really friendly way.He talked to me before the test to make sure I was at ease and made me comfortable enough to drive. His way of giving instructions was clear and he knew I was overseas conversion so he made his best effort so I didn't struggle with language.I am specially posting this to appreciate instructors like Cody because when one gives the driving test ,they are nervous naturally and end up failing more because of the instructors attitude.CODY you did an awesome job bro and keep up the great attitude.

Only 1 staff available at the counter who doesn’t really know much about Driving Licences and because she doesn’t know much she was referring to AA centre to do the driving licence theory test or come after an hour because be another Staff member was not in
I asked please provide the form which needs to be filled she given me new form for beginners I asked it’s not conversion it’s just for theory test then she pointed me another form and said she can book me in for this
After looking at system for sometime she said sorry go to AA I was quite unhappy with this type of response anyways I left the place
4stars not 2star - why because they are their for help us and only this incident not led for low rating as other things also matter than public dealing...

For theory test they have only 1 kiosk so make sure you have time to wait if you just want to make theory test at this centre of VTNZ
K.I passed my full license test here under an instructor named David who was absolutely wonderful and made me feel at ease during the test. Would definitely recommend this branch if you are looking at applying for a driving test, these guys are great!

N.I went here to take my license conversion practical exam and was happy that the instructor is professional and appreciate the advise given to me during my exam which I fortunately passed. The staff are also courteous and smiles even if its almost end of day for them.

V.Hi, I just have to tell you about our visit to VTNZ SATURN PLACE IN Albany on Wednesday 14/3/18. The place was packed with people and only one woman was serving behind the counter. She was amazing and deserves a raise in pay, her name was Sharlene. As she served us I asked if she had lunch apparently she started at 6am and hadnt had a break all day. I didn't believe her because the service she gave with a touch of humour, with class, was superb. She kept the flow of the business running smoothly, shes definitely a goldmine and we hope she is recognized for her efforts. Thanks Sharlene:) from Viki

0.Always helpful which is surprising considering how busy it gets here. Bookings are not essential for wofs or cofs but after 9am is usually pretty good.

b.I have to agree with many other reviewers that , front desk receptionist is rude,she doesnt know customer service and not willing to help ,though testers are professional and quite nice, reason I gave 3 star is because lady's behaviour only.
I.great quick service as they are not as busy as Glenfield branch..but every time the price is higher than the iast visit...
