This business has such great service, I'm so impressed with the quality and rate at which they repaired my car. Not to mention the small details like cleaning the interior and giving it that new car smell. Highly recommend Wagstaff!

Wagstaff European repaired my car due to an insurance claim. A courtesy car was provided. I found the staff members very professional and courteous. My car was returned to me in pristine condition. I highly recommend this business..

I used wagstaff for my golf repairs as my step dad had used them for his van a few years ago and they had done an amazing job. The job they had on my golf was amazing too! These guys are super professional, friendly and understanding and their work is next to none! Super happy with the job, would 100% recommend and use again

Overall service A++++ very professional service no nonsense dealings with Dharmendra and John and the guy's and gal's at Wagstaff European. You don't have to have a European vehicle for repairs they cater for all vehicles at a very reasonable price. Thanks Wagstaff European.😉.

Friendly and helpful staff. Panel beating job looks great. Didn't have to wait too long for my car to be done. There were parts that needed to be ordered so knew it wouldn't be a quick job. Was offered a courtesy car, but didn't need one as we are still in Covid lockdown.

Thanks guys great work. Its my third time using Wagstaff and as always I am a happy camper. Car came back all polished up with a couple extra touch ups done and sanitized inside, the new owners are super nice. Highly recommended AAA+++

Great service and quality jobs always. Highly recommend the Wagstaff team. I had many issues with previous panel beaters. After I found Wagstaff few years back, always go to Dharmain and the team. They certainly deliver what they promise.

Wagstaff is very accomodating, reliable and professional. I recommend this business as they go extra mile on their service. I went to have my door fixed from being punctured and scratched and they buffed and waxed the entire car and even vacumed the interior. They also provided courtesy car which was convenient. Wagstaff were very professional, repairing/replacing my bumper after a minor incident. They communicated regularly, took the time to explain everything and made sure I understood it. They did a great job on the repairs and cleaned my car both inside and out. I highly recommend them.

Great place, great people. Dharmen and his team worked their magic and fixed the damages on my SUV and the end result was perfect. It looked absolutely brand new. They had liaise with me the whole time especially during Covid 19 and took care of me with my ongoing requests on updates, courtesy car, progress. My first experience with Wagstaff was to have the rusted area in the sliding door in my Nissan Caravan repaired before I could have the warrant renewed. The work was completed in the 3 days required and the finished door looked as though it was brand new. Last week after damaging the rear right hand bumper causing internal damage I didn't hesitate to head Wagstaff. The result the yellow Honda rear is now in pristine condition. If I ever need attention to one of my vehicles I know where to go. I'm sure will have the same experience.

My car was with Wagstaff for just under 2 months (delays were not due to anything in the control of Wagstaff). Throughout the process, I was given regular updates and a courtesy car for the entire time. The repairs were immaculate. Highly recommended the team at Wagstaff.

What a great experience I had this afternoon at Wagstaff European. After accidentally driving going over a very high curb I noticed later in the day that I'd popped out my rare bumber. I did a quick google search of panelbeaters near to me that might be able to have a look at it for me and came across Wagstaff European. It was 3.30pm on a Friday afternoon when I called them, their website said that they were closing at 4pm so I didn't expect that they would tell me to pop in in the next 15 minutes and they would have a look at it for me. I arrived at their premises at 3.45 and 20 minutes later I was driving away in a freshly washed car with my bumper back in place and looking like new. I was even more grateful when I offered to pay for the service and they told me there was no charge. I was already impressed with the level of service and friendly staff while I was waiting in reception and then to get offered a free service was just the icing on the cake. To say 'thank you' I asked if I was able to give them a review and they humbly accepted. Giving this business a glowing review is the very least I could do, they truly know the meaning of customer service. Thanks again Wagstaff team I will be highly recommending you!

Very friendly people , I went to ask about Suzuki Jimny rusts & repairs and the guy that came to look at it was very easy to talk to and friendly. The lady in the reception was also easy to talk to and friendly. The guy ended up being helpful and went out of his way to find/recommend me a proper rust specialist that I should try out. Thanks a lot!

I would say that this is the best panel beaters in NZ. I have had the best experience. They did such a great job in fixing up my ride that no one can tell the difference. The staff are also very friendly and talented. And this company is authorized for insurance companies. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a professional job done. A++++
