I.I had to replace a front bumper following a crash recently, and had to put my sub-10k japanese second-hand car to a panelbeater. After visiting several big names (and highly reviewed) garages, many quoted the repair close to the value of the car itself (i checked the items in the quote and practically they would swap any cosmetically imperfect parts and repaint most of the surfaces). I'm sure the quality would be excellent, but that was not what i was looking for. West Auto gave a reasonable quote in the context of my car. Dinesh was very transparent and only suggested the necessary. The fix took slightly more than two weeks and I was lent a courtesy vehicle free of charge. On top of things, my car came back groomed. Very happy with the service.
K.West Auto did Chassis rust repairs to our vehicle which needed to comply to obtain a WOF. The inspector stated that the repair was excellent and the best he had seen. West Auto provided great service in a timely manner at a reasonable cost.
