Have been using Instant Auto for a few years now and find that they are very Professional, helpful, courteous, and quick. If you book for a certain time your vehicle taken in hand and the service is done while you wait, none of this "oh just leave it over there we'll get round to it later, come back later in the day and it might be ready" With Instant Auto , that is what you get Instant. Have recommended them to a few friends and they are firm customers now. Thanks Guys will see you next year. Also their prices are very reasonable.

I was able to get an service booked very quickly, at a time that suited me. They were very easy to deal with, communicated well, and have fair prices. There was some additional maintenance required on my vehicle, and they made me aware of it without being critical or pushy. I would certainly recommend them!

Prompt and efficent full oil and filter change along with fuel filter replacement completed on time. Excellant value well worth the extra cost than doing the work myself. Sent me a price for some additional work required within an hour of picking up my vehicle. It's not often that you're surprised that your car is ready so fast :) Really impressed with Instant Auto. Super fast, accurate, courteous service, at a reasonable price. I've had experiences in the past with other companies, where I've dropped the car off, expecting a quote, and not been advised of the cost til after the work has been done! Turned up to get a new head unit installed with a dogs breakfast of a Japanese set up. I was kept informed every step of the way during the installation and treated well by all the staff. Really good service and helpful, seem pretty honest, $35 to clear a spurious code seems a bit steep, but I'm sure other garages charge similar. Those code readers are basically a licence to print money.

Amazing place. Our car broke down on our way to catch the ferry. We stopped here to ask, got an instant check on the problem, advise, and instructions on how to continue. He wouldn't even charge us for it. Would recommend 100%!! Thank you!!!!

My car have squeal sound whenever I turn on air conditioning and turning my car , and power steering seem stiff . Changed the fan belt at Auckland but problem still exist. They managed diagnose the problem , the fan belt is loose , which the previous auto shop got it wrongly. Beside , my car also have misfire problem where caused my car choke/jerk when driving in low speed or braking the car. I changed my spark plugs myself , not helping. They diagnosed it , fix it with a used coil . Whole process done in two hours which include a car service , no more no less. They take their job , their customer seriously , efficient and reasonable price. There's a lot car auto shop in Blenheim , I'm not sure how the rest doing but I'm sure Instant Auto doing an excellent job. Here a good review to encourage others to come Instant Auto for a car service or diagnostic and fix.
