J.Exceptional service. I booked two pre purchase inspections through these guys and they went over and above, providing great customer service and even letting me reschedule at short notice when one seller messed me around. Very happy with the thorough pre purchase check and would highly recommend this outfit based on my experience yesterday.
C.Wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else. Serena on the desk is always helpful, and the mechanic team are real pros - always happy to talk through options and problems without feeling like you are wasting their time. Workmanship is always top notch.
L.Headed in on suspected car battery problems. Lovely gentlemen came out and fixed everything up in a giffy. Everyone was super nice. 10/10 would recommend anyday
R.This is the 3rd time I've brought cars here for a WoF. I arrived a couple of minutes after 4pm. Although they take the last car at 4pm, they agreed to put mine through. Service efficient and the team is friendly (have been each time I've been here). Only downside is no nearby cafe and also due to Covid Restrictions, no coffee or inside seating while you wait (but this is out of their control). Hopefully the Covid nonsense will soon end and we can get back to living as responsible adults.
M.A very busy centre, one day the que was so long i came back the next morning. The staff made up for this, i was welcomed in and handed the correct forms and i was processed by very friendly staff.

D.Went in for a wof check. The receptionist was fantastic - coming to meet me in my car and making sure I was in the right line etc. She was friendly, positive and super helpful. The whole thing took about an hour - enough time to wander for a coffee, catch up on emails and wander back. Best wof testing station experience I’ve ever had. Will return there again easily.
M.Great service and turnaround from AA Airport. Brought in my car for loud rattling coming from rear wheel - they had the car inspected, stone removed from wheel assembly and additional wof inspection completed within the hour. Thanks team.
