C.It appears to me that Nathan has set out to make this business one of the very best. I see reviews here where people have been looking for what I would call a "soft" warrant - this is not the place to come for that, they will give your car a very thorough going over. Someone will be working Saturday mornings very early, and they will not put in second hand or parts that are not recommended for your car even if you ask them to, they seem very keen to only have the highest standards of work. I used to slowly run my vehicles into the ground and since I have met these guys I get all the services and know that I have invested well in my car. I have spent a lot of money there considering what I make and Nathan treated me so well last time, he needed to speak to me about a job that had ballooned out a wee bit, I was a little worried when I went in to speak to him but came out feeling like I had had some of the best service I've ever had in my life. They had had to separate very seized up parts and I realised I was lucky they hadn't given up on the job. He really put in 20 minutes of showing me what they had had to do and I thought wow he is really a top bloke. Their office processes are still evolving but seem to be getting better at returning emails and texts with time. They are now incredibly busy so many other people seem to feel the same.

G.Great service! good prices. Nathan and his team really went out of his way to help with my broken down vehicle. Fixed the problem fast (faulty battery) and then he noticed two tyres were down to the wire and my service was due. All completed in a day as promised.
R.I rang Burnside Motors to get advice and price for snow chains. Today I went and purchased the chains. They checked and advised not to use chains on front wheels (because of the lack of clearance) and showed me how to fit the chains I was purchasing. The price was very competitive.
I would highly recommend their service.
