Paul and the team are brilliant, they will give you a call if they come across something that might cost a bit more than your standard service so you don't have a coronary when you get the final account. I've had nothing but great service from here & will totally be going back again when my car gives me trouble. The team a polite and professional

I'm not surprised that City Auto Services has so many 5 star reviews. They helped us with a sensor related error code and WOF on our late model Prius today. Everyone was professional and friendly. They promptly fixed the issue and went out of their way to make sure that we could see how the fees charged related to the work done. Charges were very reasonable. Overall, couldn't have asked for the work done to be any better. An easy recommendation.

Paul was great! I called in a few days before my driving test to get my WOF and he managed to book me in the day before which was amazing! There was an issue with a part meaning my WOF couldn't pass but Paul stayed after hours to fix it and went above and beyond to make sure I could take my test the next day.😊 Definitely recommend!

Very good service! I have serviced my cars here for a few years. Good location in CBD. Drop off in the morning and pick up after work. Also, they offer good value service. Price is lower than what I expected. Paul is nice and helpful. I recommend!

I recently moved to Christchurch so I did not know where to go for my Lexus. Luckily City Auto Services has a great google reviews so I had my car serviced and WOF and it was a great experience. Paul was fantastic and really knowledgeable. He even showed me how bad my old tyres was. Well done to Paul and his team!

Had my car checked for a pre-purchase inspection. Very good mechanic. Really honest with you told me and the buyer what was right and wrong this the car. No messing around with lots of technical stuff and things you don't have a clue. Took the time to show us the issue and how much would it cost to fix it. And really much cheaper than an AA inspection. Would definitely recommend it!

Went here for a WOF today. Fantastic service, really friendly, professional and helpful. Car needed a new tyre to pass, which we thought we would, also showed us the fault in the old tyre too. Was great value and quick service. Highly recommend coming here!

Paul did a fantastic job servicing our vehicle, he has an excellent knowledge all things automotive & clearly takes pride in the work that he does. The garage has an excellent location close to the CBD, with less than a 5 minute walk to work. I highly recommend City Auto Services for your next warrant or service.

Paul is amazing. Super nice, professional, doesnt screw around and understands what's what about your car. Went in for a WoF and he accurately and quickly pointed out only what was needed and aimed to help with more when asked. Didnt try to get more money by listing things to fix that didnt need it. Best part of my day! Would reccomend fully over and over.!

I replaced the air filter and got a new battery for my car key with a quite reasonable price. It’s a rainy and cold day and the gentleman let me sit in their room and opened the heating for me. And when I called to get a new air filter, the gentleman told me he can put it in for free if I brought one myself. But it’s the first day to Christchurch and I don’t know where to got one, so the gentleman then told me I can just go and he’ll get one for me. It’s a warm experience in my life.

They always tell what is needed / wanted and the consequences of the different options. When I get my WOF they always tell me about things I will probably need to do before the next warrant and the estimated cost. They always answer all my questions and don't make me feel like an idiot.

Paul is grate! He really knows his stuff. Very helpful and competitive on price. A must go to workshop!
