j.Very grateful for their excellent service. I was in a lot of trouble with the Interisland ferry booked and a car making terrible noises. They were full but could diagnosis to see is it was safe. It wasn't safe and they managed to fit it in and fix it that day.
W.Went in for a WOF and they were reliable, professional and it was stress free. Communication was great and they have a friendly and welcoming team.

S.Jeremy and the entire team at Cranford St Garage are an absolute delight. Not only are they good at keeping our VW in tip top shape (and the Honda before that), they are most friendly, polite, and transparent. There have been times when I have needed urgent help such as an expired WoF and Jeremy has always very kindly accommodated my requests. The prices are fair and we have never had a bill shock. The good thing is that you can actually discuss what issues exist and what resolutions might be possible. Just a delightful and stressfree experience all around. Thanks, Jeremey, and team!

D.We were doing some travel outside of Christchurch when our engine had issues and our radiator blew. They did a fantastic job of being candid about the issues and the work they did was high quality. Since we are traveling they also got it done much faster than we anticipated! And they did it all for a very reasonable price. We expected it to cost much more than it did and we were surprised by the final cost. It was also like they anticipated some of my concerns and took care of them before I even asked my questions. It felt like going to a family member that’s awesome with cars. I’d highly recommend them!

B.This garage is really outstanding. My trailer was due a WoF this morning, and (of course) the lights would only work briefly when I checked them.
I re-wired the socket - no improvement.
Garry, who does the warrants, demonstrated his astonishing detective work by identifying the problem, fixing it, and passing the trailer in almost the regular time it takes to do a WoF.
I am VERY impressed. Don't even think about going anywhere else for your repairs or warrant!

Being new to Christchurch I wasn’t sure where to take my car for a warrant and had heard horror stories about people (particularly females) being ripped off. I based my decision solely on the online reviews and couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. They were professional and very fast, I was amazed it only took 10 minutes and only $45. Highly recommend, they will definitely be my regular garage from now on.
F.We never go past here for our vehicle repairs. We have two Toyota Vans as business vehicles plus my own personal vehicle. Work is done professionally, and they will always contact if anything unexpected is found. WOF's are done quickly but they are always busy so it pays to book.

T.Friendly and accommodating staff. My camper van needed to stay overnight in their yard because the radiator was being repaired off site. They allowed me to spend the night in my van while parked up in their yard. They have done this a few times for others in the same situation. Cost of repairs I believe was fair and I was very happy with it. I reccomend this garage highly for service and friendliness and its ability to accommodate campervan owners/travellers.

G.I have done my Wof of my car here.They dont take advantage of you just because you are a young woman who has no knowledge of car. This is my first Wof that i only had to pay for Wof no extra fees or repairs. Would love to get my Wof here again.
J.Very fair and honest garage. Took my Mitsubishi for a wof and though it required some work to the brakes they were able to repair the sticky piston and imbalance with a minimal labour cost. Many thanks.

D.A couple of month ago Garry and his team saved us from a WOF nightmare with the AA.
Since we are only tourists in New Zealand the whole WOF thing was pretty new to us but the entire Cranford Street Garage team explained us everything in detail and took excellent care of us.
In the end the repairs were even cheaper than the quote they gave us.
Today we came back to renew our WOF and we experienced the same excellent service.
We've been to Garages in Italy, Germany, Australia and New Zealand. The Cranford Street Garage was the best of all of them.
