Amazing service. Take all my vehicles here religiously. Finally found mechanics that care and do the job properly. Very reasonable, friendly and all very good at what they do. Yvonne in reception is amazing also, and booking things in etc extremely easy . Highly recommend.

Good service. Line of customers speaks for itself. I cant make an appointment due to my different work hours, so usually i leave my car outside for whole day, and they check it when have time.

Hi, my car had an issue with the drive belts squeeling. Ross at Garage One diagnosed the issue then rang to discuss it and gave me options. I accepted his expertise - three hours later the car was ready. I found the invoice described the situation, offered back up, and I left happy. Thanks to all.

Christchurch's best garage, my car met a very troublesome problem, other garage offer thousands of dollars to me, but I use here for a few hundred dollars will perfect solve the problem, the staff was very friendly, very reasonable price, they spent very little time to check and repair, a total of less than a half day, in short, a great experience！！！

Exceptionally good quality work. Since the first wof here I've been coming back any time I needed work done I couldn't do myself. The staff are top-shelf tier, super friendly and happy to give advice when needed. I haven't used any other mechanic for several years now, Garage One is my go-to.

Took my wee car in today for a punctured tyre repair and issues with my fan belt. Ryan was very professional, thorough and had excellent customer service. I'll definitely be back again.

After having broken down I was stuck on the side of the road and due to the good ratings online I chose to "take" my car to these guys. Why do I recommend them: 1. They were kind enough to go grab and tow my car because I was so close by. Thank you! 2. While talking on the phone with them they were so professional - and I am talking about the knowledge about the car (of course) but also the interaction with customers. 3. The service was really fast. 5/5 because there is not a single thing I would change right now. Keep it up!

My BMW X5 has very high kms so the dealership has been telling me I need to replace it soon. Thank you Garage One for the work you have done. The car runs fantastic - like new again! Also you have given me the confidence that despite the high k's, my car will be fine for years to come. I don't need to spend 10's of thousands on a replacement car yet.

Had been to many places in Chch for my cars' WOF and found Garage One is one of the best. They inspect cars reasonably detail and discussed with me if something really bad then shown me the reason for fail according to VIRM. Most important is they always keep smiling and professional even I chose to DIY my own. Thank you very much to point out my brake pads not installed properly done by the previous car owner last year. We need a fair and professional service like this.
