L.Super professional and friendly service as always when we bring our vehicle here. Our most recent visit: Leading Edge provided a courtesy car (with tether point for child seat), diagnosed issue with our air con, cabin filter and blower motor, no unnecessary work done, good communication, reasonable cost - all completed same day. Trustworthy and professional.
M.Just recently acquired my first European car. Ran into issues pretty quickly and after checking online for the best place to take it, I found Leading Edge Automotive. I can’t speak highly enough of the service this team provided, it started with great communication via email to get a quote and discuss when I could bring the car to them. When I had issues bringing them the car, they arranged for a tow company to pick up the car. After that they had great transparency with everything they were doing and updated me every step of the way. Now I have my car back and I couldn’t be happier! Will be using this company exclusively moving forward.

Called up and kindly greeted on the phone and I got to come in straight away and be seen straight away to get an anchor bolt installed into my car for my car seat. Only waited for 5minutes. Staff are excellent! Thanks for the great service :-) highly recommend!

P.I've used Leading Edge for about 3 years now and they've been nothing short of fantastic every time I see them (typically every 6 months for a service). The staff are informative and friendly, they keep you in the loop and I never feel pressured to do 'extra'.
The repair work I've had done (brake rotors and an 0² sensor) were completed quickly, the issues were resolved and they cost less $ than the dealers... Can't ask for more that that!
J.Friendly, down to earth staff who listen, advise all possible solutions, recommend what is best for your car and budget and get the work done on time! You feel like they really care and will look after you. The calls to let you know ow how progress is going on the work being done. It’s the little things like being thanked for bringing your car in to them, and the jet planes when you get into your car when you pick it up!

T.First time going here as my usual mechanic was booked out for 2 weeks. Reception staff were awesome particularly one guy who was of older age and had dark grey hair with reading glasses (forgot his name!) whilst my car was getting repairs i told him to leave it running since my electric key was rlly sticky and just not rlly working (quoted by nissan $590 to fix it!) he said he could fix it for me just by changing the battery which cost me like $22!!! saved me hundreds basically and was rlly appreciative. I have no more car key troubles and also the layout of the place was welcoming, nice and clean seating area with a coffee machine and water filter plus free wifi! was able to get some work done whilst waiting for the repairs. thanks so much
L.I had an anchor bolt installed in the back of my car. The service from front desk through to the tech who did the work, was great. He moved & reinstalled the carseat for me too which was hugely helpful. Would definitely recommend.

It was a Friday, and Leading Edge went above and beyond what was expected to get the car back to us for the weekend. We were very pleased. V.After having a horrible experience with another Audi specialist I was hesitant to take my A4 to another European specialist.
I must say it was the best choice I have ever done.
Leading edge communicated with me all the issues that needed to be fixed before doing any work, How much it would cost and were happy to deal with questions from my husband.
A day job ended up being a two day job due to negligence on behalf of the first European specialists and parts not being available, when something unforseen occurred they were on the phone to me straight away to get the work completed. When I couldn't pick my A4 up due to my work they let me use the courtesy car over the weekend.

A.Very good service cant fault that at all! But they said my BMW was basically destroyed and needed over 7k in repairs in order to make it WOF worthy. I went ahead and tried to get a WOF anyway and it passed with no problems! Just seemed a bit odd/ misleading.
M.Brought my Audi A4 into these guys had previously been going to the dealers. Found it was priced reasonably, great service from the guys at the front desk, was kept informed and given a free courtesy vehice which was appreciated. Will be returning in the future.
M.I have not had my car completed yet as it is still getting abs repaired. However on initial day of taking car in and the communication I received from these guys was far better than a lot of other specialists here in chch these guys know there stuff although expensive well worth it and are genuinely supportive.

L.Had a car inspected for purchase at Leading Edge Automotive. They didn't find a major fault with the car which is going to cost thousands to be repaired. Wouldn't use them again.
M.Significantly more expensive than even the Toyota dealership. Quoted nearly a grand to look at my rear drum brakes just to see why they weren't braking evenly. Recent bushing quote 1.5x to 2x more than 6 other mechanic and dealer estimates. I can't fault their reception ladies, their courtesy car or dropping me off at work whilst they work on my car. If the prices weren't so steep consistently I'd keep using you.
