R.Went here for a headlight ballast replacement on a new car, replacement part unfortunately failed and had to be swapped out twice. While they removed the front bumper to remove the ballast the techs put a crack in the bumper, Tim owned up and accepted responsibly and promptly had the bumper sent off for repair at his cost. At every stage of the two fixes Tim was responsive and helpful. Top marks, you run a good business Tim.
Y.Tim was super friendly and more importantly, extremely knowledgeable to help me sort out my headlamp alignment issue. Other workshops quoted me for 1- 2 hours and he got everything sorted within 10 minutes. Such an easy recommendation.
S.Great to find a workshop where the mechanic actually shows his face instead of only talking with the front desk. I got excellent service from dropping in my car to happily paying my “significantly lower than my previous large provider” invoice.
Women can especially feel comfortable that they are not going to be fed technical terms and made to feel inferior by this place - Ronnie at the front desk will do her thing to show that you are in good hands the minute you make contact.
Absolutely trust these guys and hubby will be taking his car there too.
