г.I had my car repaired here three times and they did a good job. These guys dont mock around, they will repair your car right away (depends if they need to order a needed part for your car). Staff wise; they are all nice and friendly. This auto shop got coffee and drinking water for customers in their waiting area. Toilet is also available for customers. Parkingwise, there is plenty of spaces to park onsite and street parking. It is located in a busy area sourounded by other business and offices. From my own experience, I strongly recommend this auto center to everyone.
A.Appreciate that the mechanic will ring before going ahead with anything. Also that they take most payments. Winz and afterpay for unexpected costs.

k.Thanks once again Sheffield Crescent I live out of town and my two daughters attend university in Christchurch, Shane makes sure everything on the car is safe before it leaves the yard. One of them has just had their car at the garage, it needed a couple of extra things than we thought but Shane went out of his way to get a reasonably priced part within our budget.
L.Recently I had the cam belt replaced in my Fiat Ducato camper van. The service that I received from Shane and his team cannot be faulted. I will be getting them to service my van from now on.
N.Easily the best mechanic shops, my whole family have been going there for years and they really know how to look after you. What I love most about this place is that they take the time to explain everything to you so you know what's going on.

D.Forsake all others and use Sheffield Crescent Auto Centre!! Family of five arrived in CHCH four days before Christmas with blown master cylinder at 2pm to fly out to Aus at 3am next day. Tried many businesses (included AA which I am a member of) and was turned away. At 4pm I fronted up at Sheffield Crescent Auto Centre and despite being flat out they 'put the customer first'. They came up with a plan to uplift car from storage, fix and return it to storage before we came back three weeks later. Perfect solution noting we had to head out of CHCH straight away after returning from Aus. Despite saying it may take a week or so to fix they had it sorted within days. You want good old fashioned service with a capital 'S'? Then use Sheffield Crescent Auto Centre. Feel free to contact them for my number so you can call me to validate this review.
