n.This company went absolutely above and beyond my expectations.They were kind, communicative, knowledgeable and rose to every challenge my old 1948 Bedford truck could throw at them. I highly recommend North End Motors, most especially Ryan and Brent.

Ryan not only promptly stepped up to the job, he pumped it out in a short time, and it has stood the test for quality too. Him and his team understood our schedule demands and were most accommodating.

I.My battery suddenly died without any warning after I filled up a the petrol station opposite and my jeep would not start....it was a Sunday afternoon and way outside of their opening hours.....I was looking to see if they were open and was asked if ok by a guy (I'm assuming the owner) who was packing his racing trailer there.....I told him my problem and he had a quick look. He took me into the closed shop and found me a new battery..... 30 minutes later I was back on the road again
That day could have been a disaster as had flights in chch to catch!
Thank you very much for going above and beyond....its a rare thing these day.... hopefully the good karma will help you out on the circuit !

D.Bought a new set of tires here for our campervan. They had what we needed in stock and were able to I stall them in under and hour. Prices were comparable to Christchurch so it saved us a drive into the city.

R.The wife and I had ridden to Tekapo for lunch from Christchurch (the Friday of Labour weekend October 2018) on our motorcycle. Upon our return,riding between Fairlie and Geraldine I noticed the rear tyre pressure dropping so we pulled into 'Z' to check the tyre only to find a 3 inch nail sticking out of the tyre ! It was about 4pm,so very close to closing time for North End Ford.We called our insurance company as we have full roadside assistance,but that was a waste of time ! I asked the young man on reception at North End Ford if there was any chance someone could repair the puncture,but it was so close to closing time I really hadn't expected his response......he immediately said "sure,I will do it right now" and without delay he did it immediately.... You just don't get service like this very often and the wife and I really wanted to make sure we gave him a shout for being so compassionate and allowing us to continue our journey home for the long weekend.We should have got his name,but sorry we didn't.... You know who you are and keep up the great service !!!....thank you,Richard and Christine (from Christchurch).
