A.Awesome service for first time customers! No BS, told us what we needed and didn't just do unnecessary work just to charge us more.
D.Our beautiful jelly bean (10 weeks old) is at the vets with serious injury after hiding in my engine bay and travelling to work that way. I heard her cry's when I parked at work, so devastating, not knowing if she was hurt, burnt... rung Roadside assistance to help get her out, they spent an hour but couldn't, I then had to drive another 500 mtrs to machanic to lift car on hoist, at this stage there was no meowing for over an hour and I was expecting us to be In mourning, after removing the under carriage of my car she was alive. We couldn't believe it....I then rushed her to the vet. Vet paused 2 incoming appointments as jelly bean was classed as status 1 emergency. Broken leg, head trauma, Morphine drip on, oxygen given, x-rays, body MRI scan, cathader in. But she is alive, but in shock.
Update: Jelly bean came home for the night, vet check again this morning, another check Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
We are looking at amputation of front leg due to the fracture and nerve damage. If it was just fraction we would be going for pinning bones surgery, but the nerve damage is severe.
Thanks so much to those who have kindly reached out and donated cash to pay towards the huge cost of jelly beans Medical bills.

I'd also like to do a huge shout out to Grey St Motors - 2013 Ltd who not only had to put up with my crying the whole time I was in there workshop but the time and effort they spent to get Jelly Bean out they didn't charge me $0.01 to do it. K.I am so very happy with the customer service. I initially come here for a warrant check. New 2nd hand vehicle for me and there was a number of things needing to be done for the warrant to pass. The work was completed cheaper than I was quoted which was a pleasant surprise. I circle back to the staff though. Really great customer service. Definitely recommended.

T.The new owner Craig is exactly what you're looking for in a mechanic. Straight up, efficient and charges honestly. Grey St. couldn't have been more accomodating getting my vehicle on road. The van came in with several problems, electrical, bearings, alignment, rust, starter relays... all sorted, for less than I expected.
W.We were stuck on the side of the road with a dead battery, Vanessa saw us and came to our rescue. Thanks heaps for the generous gesture and super friendly service! Made my day!
