R.Wow! Not a car person, but the quality of service, prices, friendliness and treatment I received here was excellent. The staff were personable, knowledgeable and communicated everything clearly. They explained any issues with our car and outlined where future problems could arise. They added in extra work at no cost to us where other mechanics may have charged. The prices were affordable, the conversation was good and I felt a whole lot better leaving their garage (with a much greater understanding of my car and its condition). I would highly recommend these guys, couldn't speak more highly if I am honest. We had just come from a poor experience elsewhere so it was refreshing to find these guys. Thank you very much, we will certainly be back!

Y.I brought my car in for a WOF test today. I was promptly attended to, and the whole experience was just so pleasant. Matt answered my questions patiently, and all-in-all it only cost me $50 for the WOF. I definitely recommend Hillcrest Auto for your "one-stop auto needs".
R.It's not very often I feel compelled to write a review of a business but yesterday I got my car's air conditioning fixed by the good people of Hillcrest Auto Services and I would just like to commend them for the excellent customer experience I received. From the fantastic customer service over the phone, to being acknowledged by my name every time I went onto the yard by their friendly staff (this was my first time ever being a client of theirs may I add). Right form the get-go Hamish and his team were so accommodating with me and my car's needs. They took the time to explain and demonstrate to me the issues with my unit and repaired my aircon at a cost effective price, in a timely manner - the week before Christmas! I'd say that's the perfect trifeckta for any great business :) Once again thank you for all the help this past week and Merry Christmas!
