Highly recommend KW. Top notch service and they don't do any work until they let you know how much it will cost and the kind of work involved. I have used this company twice now, I am satisfied with this company and because they know the car and past work on the car I will be using them from now on, I had one incident when they put the wrong wheel on and I failed the warrant, I just took the car back to them and they sorted it out with no problems, they also found problems on the car that I was unaware of that if not found could have left me stranded far from help, they also provided me with other problems that could be an issue in the future which gave me the time to save and sort out. the staff are professional and reception is very helpful, thank yous.

Very fast service, they had the best price in town and I had several questions related to my bill and W.o.F and they explained me all the technical stuff in an understandable way as i have no mechanical knowledge at all. The workshop is clean and big and the staff is very friendly.

good service not rip off on fix cars when wof is cheap.

went to get a WOF the other day, it appeared the wof was checked by the boss in which iv never seen him do before, he failed me on the wof on 3 major issues that didn't make sense to me I explained that my vehicle had done little mileage since their last wof and was passed with no issues then, now would have expected the odd issue that I was expecting to pay for now but his report seemed extreme! it didn't make sense Because of my budget I REALLY needed him to explain fully of the 3 fail points he spotted on my vehicle, instead he gave me a brief description and pretty much sent me on my way 3 days later 1/14/16 I had got a different garage and to do a 2nd opinion and I paid for another WOF, surprisingly these guys had passed me? YES PASSED ME!, when mentioned of my situation with KW motors they could NOT definitively find a connection to the major issues pointed out in the KW wof report???, yes there where general issues that was expected to be noted for the next wof BUT in this case I MUST QUESTION KW Motors on this occasion and as to why their WOFs are NOT consistent Also important to mention that I have been getting various negative reviews from friends and collegues based on their experience from KW Motors, I myself like many others tend to only go to service providers based on their reviews, this has high-lighted the issue in my case for KW to explain my finding. I shall be addressing this issue with KW Motors shortly, but I guess for now the damage has already been done as I have found another service provider in which I will remain with UP DATE: Just got off the ph from the KW Motors staff Javin (shop manager) who was the staff that issued me my wof, he too was surprised by my finding but stood by their system for detecting these issues, and even asked for me to return my vehicle to him to test again.. IF this was the case then WHY didn't he show me while I was there? I refuse to return to his shop because of the inconvenience (my decision) and will leave my review from 2 to 3 stars Don't get me wrong, these guys have been good to me in the past and have relatively professional and tidy shop with excellent service , BUT its that I'm confused by the major inconsistency received from their wof check as of late... Justin: Unhappy Customer...
