S.Have been a customer at lightning Frankton for about 5 years.Their service is excellent,fast and friendly.They made sure I was advised of any cost of repairs before undertaking the work.The estimates have always been accurate.I have never had any problems with all the repairs and maintenance they have carried out on 3 different vehicles.They have done pre-purchase inspections which have made it possible to have the car dealer remedy some potentially expensive repairs before buying the vehicle.Definitely money well spent.Overall a good experience .

I even got this super cute key chain. Would definitely recommend. $38 wof so not pricey at all. Will bring my car here for servicing and repairs from now on. Thank you!

C.I've used the one in Frankton and these guys are fantastic. They are honest, reliable and offer a good price too. We've used them several times before and always feel like they've done a great job and been completely honest and friendly.
Another positive just to add, they are female friendly and have a female mechanic who also works on reception, so knows what she's talking about when you call or ask questions. A bonus when you're a female customer in a mainly male environment.

A.After a bad experience at another workshop having my 4x4 fail a wof - one of the things it
having failed on literally had nothing wrong with it; I took it to Lightning to have exhaust repairs done and then a WOF. They were great to deal with, did everything at a reasonable price and even degreased all under the vehicle for free since the repairs had taken longer than they expected. Their WOF inspector took the time to physically show me the minor things it had failed on. 10/10 would recommend

a.Amazing customer service. Went in for one thing and they advised me that it needed more done - they even showed me and explained what was wrong. They have me the option to have it done now and pay it off so I can get warranted. The price was really competetive too. All in all, I'm impressed.

J.Brought New brake pads there. They squeal on breaking. Took it it for WOF, asked them to check. They just shined a torch on them, didn't remove tyre to check. Maybe nasty cheap pads. Still squeal when breaked for months. Thanks.
