What a great service. Its easy, drive in, request services, 15 minutes later you drive out in your freshly serviced car. Grant is also great at showing you the condition of your existing filters, wipers, etc and recommending what should be replaced or what has still got a bit of life left ...

I came to Te rapa. After getting no. Service from another branch. What a huge difference. Plenty of parking, clean and comfortable waiting room, friendly, helpful staff and informative as well. I'll be using this branch from now on.

I went to have my oil changed and found out that they could do my transmission, power steering and air filters at the same time. I stopped the car off on the morning and pitched in up late afternoon. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They also rang me to send it I wanted other things done at the same time or leave it till the text time, there was absolutely no pressure. Definitely going back 🙋

Great & Quick service, went in for a oil change and was out within 20 minutes. The team recommended I change my air intake filter & cabin filter as they were really dirty. They show you the condition there in which is awesome. They also check other fluid levels and note down anything that isn’t right or needs doing. Fantastic and friendly team, quick and easy service, fair price too. Will definitely be back!

I totally recommend this place. They gave my car a full service and was all over and done with in about 15 minutes. The guy showed me my air filter before he put a new one in. The cheapest place I found in town too. The receptionist was lovely.. Will definitely be going back!

The team were nice and I appreciate service like this. Little feedback. There is no one in reception so didnt know who to talk too and can wait around looking like a fish out of water. Wasnt clear if we needed to drive in or park up. so just parked up and waited for someone to come to reception. It was one of those things where if someone drove in and skipped the cue, you would be mad about. But when someone did do this. They quickly came to them and told them that there is a line and they would need to wait. So happy with that and now know the process a little better. Thank you

Was my first time going here and I was surprised by the quality of service by just a “pop-in” oil change business. Even though there were other customers, I only had to wait around 10 minutes before they were servicing my vehicle and they seemed honest and genuine in their recommendations. I ended up getting a few extras but the entire appointment was very speedy and was of exceptional quality as I noticed a difference in my vehicle immediately, driving much smoother and sounding a lot better than before. They also advised that they send out reminders for oil changes and provide a half litre top up for free which I think is a fantastic business model for this kind of organisation. I will absolutely be returning to the no-nonsense, fast, reliable, and affordable Oil Changers! Thank you so much for the service, my car feels much safer now!

Fast and affordable. I had virtually no wait. The guys at Oil Changers Te Rapa discovered my car had very dirty transmission fluid when I brought it in for a routine lube. Asked if they could replace dirty transmission fluid before proceeding giving the price and explaining pros and cons of leaving as is. I chose to change it because I don't want my gearbox failing down the track. Only $134.95 for this anyway plus $89 for lube. Very friendly and efficient.

Oil Changers flushed out my powersteering system and had me back on the road in no time at all, with a service such as theirs, you really have no excuse to miss your vehicle service intervals. Afterall every dollar spent on routine maintenance hands down beats hundreds of dollars spent in repairs when things go bang and you're far from home....

They get the job done. Price always a little more than they quote even when car been there before and they have it in the computer. They will bring samples of how dirty other things like transmission and cabin air filter is. As extra jobs. Didn't put the cabin air filter back properly.

Good prices.. was told it would be 20min. Unfortunately it took almost 40min as a result I ended up needing someone to pick up my kids from school. If it takes 40min to do the job tell us. I could have come in the next day. I would have been happier coming back than being late for my kids. I will come back but it it happens again I will never be back.

I highly recommend this business. I watched them work as a good, happy team on our vehicle. Service was friendly and professional. I was shown my oil level on the oil stick prior to the oil change. As an added bonus, my front and back windscreens were cleaned, alongside the side mirrors and interior mirror. It's a WOW from me.
