E.Great customer service and quality of repairs, sent my boot to Hamilton for a broken zip and got options for zip colour choice and payment was simple. Top marks for communication, value for money repairs and sending the boot back as good as new.
A.I have very narrow calves. I had Ike and his team take the zip out of new knee long boots and narrow the calves down. A beautiful job was done, you would never know an alteration of any sort had been made. A perfect fit now. Thank you so very much!!

P.I have had my walking boots resoled and my motorcycle boots repaired. I found the service to be very good. They told me when they boots would be completed and they were at the time they said. They have a very good range of products to care for leather. That really help keep water out of my bike boots.
M.I discovered the night before I was to leave Australia for a wedding in New Zealand that the soles of my dress shoes were beginning to separate. Searching online for a shoe repair shop in Hamilton, I discovered Quality Shoe Repairs and hoped they would be able to fix them for me before the wedding. Five days before the wedding, while vacationing prior to the wedding, having traipsed up hill and down dale in my favourite walking shoes, I discovered that they too had serious sole separation...and needed urgent repair. Quality Shoe Repairs, within 24 hours, had both pairs of shoes repaired and even buffed the dress shoes for the wedding. I could not be happier with the friendly and professional service I received, can understand why they receive widespread acclaim and would highly recommend this business as one of excellence.
