Got a WOF and service done recently. It was very easy to set up an appointment with short notice. The guys were friendly and professional, and they found a few things that needed fixing, particularly new front tyres. They gave me a good range of options to choose from, and I was able to book in these repairs for a few days later. Overall was very happy with service and will keep going back! Would recommend you visit for auto repair/WOF/servicing. Also, they cleaned the car which I appreciated.

I have been a happy customer with Smart Auto Clinic for many years now. They take a very good care of my Hyundai Tuscon all this time. When I have a even a small trouble with my vehicle they are just a call away. They give a very good price for my WOF and regular service without any shortfall in their quality of the the work. They offered a very good price for tyre chanage and wheel alignment of my car and that is the best in the town. I have done some other repairs with them like power steering repair .They always discuss the options that I have and try to suit it with my affordability without compromising the service. I took my car in to have some things repaired for a WOF and their prices were cheaper than anyone else I asked for a quote from. The service was professional when I dropped my car off, I was provided with a free courtesy car and when I picked my car up the cost was less than the quote AND my car had been washed! These guys were amazing to deal with. I was able to ring mid morning and had repairs started at lunchtime car all fixed and back to me within a few hours. They were also nearly $200 cheaper than the other quotes that I got. I strongly recommend them and will be definitely going them to them for all my mechanical needs.

I had a WOF check done yesterday, there was no fuss, very friendly, quick service and so happy with the outcome that I dont mind travelling to the other side of the city again when needed in the future. I saw 3 different customers come in while I was there and the man behind the desk stopped what he was doing each time to have long conversations on different solutions to fix their problems while doing quotes and ringing around to get the best deals for them. This man is full of passion for his job, shows interest when help is needed and still gives off a happy friendly vibe when under pressure, very impressive and sold me on making this my go to garage from now on thanks heaps.

Honest, accurate, customer-focused. Left my car in front of their garage after calling in the morning appointment and asking for a quote. I dropped the keys in their exhaust port. They did the wheel alignment as estimated, provided the list of adjustments they made, did not irritate me with upsells, treated my car with respect, and the car drives perfect. I brought my car recently for service to Smart Auto Clinic. Staff and the manager are really friendly. Excellent service, cheap price, attention to details. They checked all the important points and pointed out what is the status of them, what need to be replaced now and what need to be done in next service. They showed me the worn out spark plugs and discussed replacement options. Replaced worn out spark plugs with genuine Toyota plugs for cheap price. There were some missing screws at front wheel guard and they fixed it for free. At the end, they provided a free car wash and clean up, which is a nice touch. Definitely will go back again for car service. Thumbs up for the team at Smart Auto Clinic.

Excellent service. I got a grabone deal for $100 for a warrant and service package, which included a external and internal wash. I've never had such an affordable service. I waited and read magazines and the guys came and got me to show me about issues, they weren't majors. But it was good to be shown and not just charged a hefty amount at the end. Best car mechanic service I've ever had. I came here early on monday morning, unannounced, hoping that they could take a look at my car (which started making really unnerving noise during the weekend), well eventually they were able to not only find and fix the problem (lucky me, it turned out to be a minor thing), but also do a maintenance and wof inspection on the same day (after the problem was fixed I asked if they could do more, since the car was already "in" / I had dedicated the whole day to attend to the car, since I was supposed to start a roadtrip with my father the next day). They made some arrangements to help me out. After I happily had paid the reasonable bill, they even washed the car for me. Highly recommended! 🙂👍

Great customer service! I couldn’t get my car done during they’re working hours as I was busy during the day, but they were willing to stay open a lot later until I was able to bring my car in in the afternoon which was a great help! They also offer a 10% discount to DHB members!

This is the best mechanic I have found in the Hillcrest area and my new go-to. The receptionist was super friendly and really helpful. I was able to book a WOF the morning of, I got a confirmation text, and it was finished in 40 minutes. Good price too at $45. I will be back for a servicing tomorrow!
