L.Always excellent customer service on the phone and in person. They have an experienced team with different expertise so they can assign the best person which is helpful as I've had a few different issues with my car. They came to my house to jump start me when my battery was flat, replaced spark plugs and battery, they've fixed a faulty electric window and serviced my car. Highly recommend!
S.Awesome service, phoned them 1 min before their closing time in need, they invited me down, sorted my issues then and there essentially after hours and had me on my way. Very happy and thankful for the service, I look forward to sending them my future custom. Cheers
L.Highly recommend! They did an absolute fantastic Job on my Horse Float which consisted of lots of tricky little things that they took the time to sort out for me. And very reasonably priced.
J.Rang to enquire re changing a tyre for me on my 4x4 ute. No problem! I took it down at the time they suggested and they did it while I waited. a.Young guy came to holiday park to help with bike that wouldn't start he gave us a jump start and when we got down to the garage they all were trying to find us another battery, then they rang garage in methven, this was our next stop, I couldn't be more grateful for all the help they did, westcoasters are always happy to go the extra mile, thanks Hokitika Automotive you guys are the best
S.Who'd believe two flat tyres on our camping trailer while visiting Hokitika. These guys were awesome! Totally responsive, friendly and gave us priority to get on our way!
