O.We had a flat tyre in Caitlins over the long weekend (Waitangi) and were trying to find a service that could help us - that was impossible but what struck me is that the only business that had a proper auto reply message recorded, was Autoplex. The message was up to date and also supplied you with information on what data you need to provide to get your tyre fixed as soon as possible (e.g. tyre size). The we chose Autoplex and went there first thing Tuesday morning. They were busy but managed to work the queue super efficiently, they took the car keys and it was ready before we could finish our breakfast in the nearby cafe. Everyone was very friendly and professional - the lady at the reception and the young man who did the work. They were switched on, positive, knew what they were doing and looked like the enjoyed working for Autoplex. They also checked if we needed wheel alignment and came to the conclusion that we didn't. Being not very good mechanically, I appreciated the service and felt like I could trust these guys with my car and also with m budget - they would't charge you for things that you do not need. Highly recommend this service! Also, least but not last, the bill ended up being less than i expected - they have reasonable prices.

P.Have improved and have a clean tidy workbays. There was a minimal delay and I like you could get to talk with the WOF assessor about the check and observe them working.
E.These guys were amazing. Honest, reliable and well priced. We came in with our self contained van which was having some problems. They got us sorted and on the road again. They even let us set up our van in the yard to sleep in over night which was very much appreciated. As someone who doesn't know much about cars, I often feel going to a mechanic I am being taken advantage of or ripped off, but at no time did I feel that way here. Thanks guys for the great work. Highly recommended.
D.I have been coming here for about 8 years now and there is no way I would go anywhere else! I have always been impressed by the excellent service and knowledge from the Autoplex team. Some stand-out experiences include many times where the guys have kindly done some small jobs for free, including some very creative fixes to allow my car to pass its WOF for cheap. I always feel like they are genuinely looking out for me in keeping my bill as low as possible, and they know the best people in town to talk to for cheap parts. Keep up the great work guys :)
K.WOF was done there and then and it was no hassle to fit us in to get the necessary work done. All done within a couple of hours and an awesome price. Always a bit nerve-racking when you're travelling, have to rely on reviews and don't have a local garage to rely on but these guys were great. Totally recommend!
M.Open on weekends 'til 3pm, ideal for those who can't make it during the week. WoF costs $67 and the checking is worth the wait since their staff inspected everything enumerated in the sheet. You can leave your vehicle for a visit to nearby stores like Rebel or Briscoes or a four-block walk to PakNsave, Countdown or Farmers, E-Hayes, Supercheap, Warehouse and other business estabishments. After inspection, they will just message the result and the vehicle is ready for pick up.
It is advisable, however, to ensure that the vehicle is road-worthy, that everything has been checked for wear and tear, strange noise and clanking parts. Liquids are topped up, seat belts retracts or need washing/cleaning, brakes not squeaking or any lights not failing. As experienced, Autoplex, like any other service stations, charges shocking costs for a quick fix or repair.

M.I got my ute serviced the Saturday before Christmas. It was busy, however the staff did the job in 1.5hrs and were very good.
T.If you are looking to get your car fixed by people, who really care about getting you back on the road again, this is your place! The staff is very friendly and will help you with all your questions. Definietly recommending this to anyone who wants a fast and good solution to their car problems!
T.Always happy with the servicing on our vehicles done by Autoplex. I can trust that any work required is genuine and the pricing is fair, saving me a bundal on the same servicing if I was to continue using the dealership. Daniel always happy to explain if any problems and what options are.

Y.I really wanted to give it a 5 stars. I was here for wof, the old guy here inspected my car and one of the reasons for failing my wof was 'sill damage'. When I asked them to explain, the young Brad didn't show me where the damage was as I think it was closing time he wanted to go home, that's fine. The next week I came back here again to ask them to show me the '''sill damage" a middle age guy came to take a look and said it was not really an issue that'd affect the wof, I think he didn't want to offend the old guy so he asked me to go to Paul panel's and have him confirm that there's no sill damage that should affect my wof, and so I did, and got the confirmation in writing to prove it. Everyone there beside the older guy is very friendly, waiting area is a bit small but strong wifi. This should really be a 5 star autoshop but just the older guy's very subjective wrong judgement I had to put on extra 50km on my van to get my wif done..
Conclusion, if the older guy(not so friendly) in the shop inspect your car for wof and you don't think is fair, ask the middle age guy (very approachable) to take a look again.

Thanks for the explanation. Yea the middle age guy lifted my car and told me he don't think that's an issue but asked me to verify with Paul, and I did, Paul said it's not a damage serious enough to affect wof. I have got other stuff done and passed my wof at your shop already. With the strong wifi it was a lovely small waiting room, I was lucky to get a seat there but not everyone did

j.i have been using autoplex most of my motoring life,the one time i chose not to, i got ripped off with poor quality work and a massive bill and a car that came back worse than when i sent it away,don't make my mistake,stick with autoplex!!! they are tough but fair on w.o.f's ,they have more than fair prices,they work quickly to get the job done,extremely helpful,honest and trustworthy.thanks to Daniel and the team,nice work guys!!!!

G.We arrived yesterday 6th October after a car breakdown.
The owner and his team made so many efforts to find the problem, change the pieces, bring it from other place. and they managed to solve everything without waiting for monday, so we can be on the road again.
Daniel and his two guys were so nice with us and they did a bit of extra hour to fix everything.
