I would like to thank this branch for fixing my sister's transmission. To the manager Mel, thank you very much for providing excellent service and honest work. The car is running smoothly since and you were right all the small random noises were gone after a week! You guys did a great job and I would highly recommend this workshop for anyone that is looking for honest, quality service. Such an awesome and well-run workshop, even the staff get along really well with each other. Thanks team AA!

Got my car serviced here a few months ago. Was especially impressed with the reception - Emily(? I think that was her name, but it’s been a while) was so nice, patient, and knowledgeable with the many questions I had about the service notes. Thanks again!

The man in charge of workshop, very honest and professional. I want to get service but car problem is bad that it need to go to electricians first. He explained to us what is to be done and did not charge us. Very helpful and decent man, thank you so much AA, I highly recommend!

Went for a safety check & the young mechanic went over the car thoroughly but basically the issues raised were reasonably minor. There was no charge because it is a free service you get with your membership but I thought their prices rather high & definitely out of my price range. A friendly welcome from the admin staff.

Twice now theyve helped me out when everything else is booked. They dont seem to have a courtesy car and its quite far away from shops but efficient and not over priced.

Came in for a wof. It was quick and easy. The wof inspector was polite and explained his notes that will be needed next time. He was knowledgeable and really knows his stuff. It was a pleasant experience and highly recommended!

Great Service, Very friendly staff. Complete Transparency, Person who did the service and repair explained all the possibilities and so polite. Had a little issue with the appointment but awesome service.

Went in for a WOF. Friendly and efficient staff. Nice little wait room upstairs which had books for munchkins. I was in and out with no hassle. Only thing I would say is to get a coffee machine for the upstairs waiting room and a box of toys for kids.

The interaction with the female receptionist allowed me to ask her numerous questions regarding WOF and general maintenance of a car. Her product knowledge was impeccable and her willingness to ensure my questions were answered really made me feel comfortable and greatful given my limited knowledge about cars. The staff are doing their best with the covid restrictions.

Disappointing time management, booked a car in for pre purchase inspection at 9am and it took 2hours before they could start the inspection. But after that frustration I got a call from the mechanic and he talked me through the results (because there had been a technical problem and results were delayed), great service at the end of the day.

The reception and also the mechanic were very friendly and professional. Really nice people to do business with.

I have been a member of AA fo 40 years, when they fist opened the Lower hut branch to service and warrants, I thought I would try it out and have been using it ever since, always satisfied, and always pleased with the price!
