Thanks Grant as always for your professionalism. My car had a major problem and it had to be towed. the team at Saxton took charge of the car from the towies without the need for me being present - Grant who has been attending to my cars for a number of years then scheduled it for a check and ordered the parts and gave a quote for how much it would cost. They will do the repairs and inform me when I need to pick it up

I have been going to Saxton Autos for years and have a good trusting relationship with their team. They provide a great service, and front of house, Trevor, is always very easy and accommodating to work with. I also have had very good service from Phil, the boss, once when I was heading off on holiday, he was able to quickly remedy a problem with the car himself there on the spot, assuring we got away quickly on our travels. I have no trouble recommending them as a very reliable vehicle service centre.

Phil bent over backwards to follow up previous work carried out to solve problem. looking after his customer's as a business should. A trustworthy mechanic repair shop I highly recommend. I am very happy with the friendly service and help I have received from Saxton Autos, their communication is excellent so there are no surprises when it comes to paying the bill. I don't have a clue about cars so trust them to keep my car safe and road worthy. I recommend them to my friends.

Helpful, friendly staff, nice premises, good service/thorough. Looks like they're very well equipped workshop-wise, with modern equipment/well organised/tidy-looking. Plus, they were servicing a real nice red Corvette while I was there... And while I waited, were going to substantial efforts over the phone to source some fairly obscure sized/gapped correct spark plugs for it (c.f. just shoving in a close-enough lot... which is the kind of thing that happens at too many places). Also, as a new customer, they gave me a very nice gift box - containing a chocolate bar, a $20 discount voucher, pen, and a post-it note fold-out. So this is the kind of place where you'll likely get your money's worth (...and some chocolate). Thanks :)

Phil and the team at Saxtons are brilliant! Good communication throughout any work I’ve had done, and always ready to offer advice and recommendations. They never try to pile the work on and their prices are great too.

The crew at Saxton are top notch. They always give great advice and their service is second to none. Saxtons have been my preferred vehicle servicing guys for 15 years. They might not be the cheapest in town but that's more than made up for by their great team who always deliver excellent service with integrity, honesty and timeliness. If its got 4 wheels and an engine, look no further.

I have been popping my Yellow Mazda Atenza with Saxton's for over 3 years, and every time they have exceeded all other places by far! They are honest, extremely friendly, cheaper, very punctual, professional, and will give you the best advice you will ever get. I would not put my car into any other business! I had my car serviced by Saxton Autos, and the guys did a professional service, and my car now drives a lot smoother than before and I feel relaxed as they did a thorough check of it too. Fantastic service from Saxton Autos. They have always been very helpful when I've had an unexpected problem with my car & have the fixed the problem within 2 to 3 working days, also explaining what needs to be done & the cost. The lads at Saxton Petone did a great job on my old camper van. It's an awkward vehicle to work on and not easy to store. Work was done very quickly within the budget we established on drop off. They allowed me to keep the van there overnight which was much appreciated. I will be back.

Our battery ran flat and we were in a rush to get the Picton ferry. We rang Saxton Autos Limited and they came to where we were to jump start the car (for free) in less than 10 minutes and we managed to make the ferry. Thank you SO much for helping us in a very stressful moment.
