m.Good bunch of blokes. Assessed my car at short notice and even provided me a courtesy car for the day. Due to time restraints and them not able to do the repair work at the haste we needed, I had another mechanic fix the issue and when I asked how much it would cost for their time to assess the vehicle they said no cost and wouldn't accept a koha (gift).
1.Very accommodating with fitting you in with appointments. Professional and just generally all round nice guys and pricing is great! I recommend them to all my family and friends and people looking for good mechanics.
M.8 months ago I had my clutch repaired - forward 8 months and the flywheel came loose... in Nelson. Unfortunate for me. It was an expensive time to get the car repaired and then sent back to Wellington. Niraj eventually paid the mechanics bill. The whole event drained my savings.
Also a year ago I got the front brake pads replaced and new rotors... as stated on the bill.... a year later I had to get them replaced... again! So my verdict is, they either weren't replaced OR the parts were the cheapest around that had a year warranty. So you get what you pay for.....IMHO.
I have been going a few years to Sparkle so I feel my 3 star is on par.
Disappointing that some of the 5 star reviews are from friends of his from Facebook. Niraj is a nice and fair fella. His prices are cheap. He isn't part of MTA or VSF so the whole experience has been very enlightening.
A.Excellent service by the team led by Niraj. Honest, Reliable, Economical service while you can sip a coffee at the customer waiting room. Does all mechanical stuff and auto electrical stuff. Would recommend to anyone who needs a great service.
