C.Alright I’ve had many problems with Repco not coming through with things like orders or the completely wrong things that says would fit my vehicle online and cause I live in Eskdale that’s a huge annoyance and waste of petrol. But the team here save the day as their great to chat with, know what their talking about and that it’s headquarters that need to update the online things as I’ve heard with many people around the Bay that I’m not the only one. The team in store you rock thanks for always helping me out.
G.Was listened to, eventually. They did question my decision and at the end of the day, if you want to make a sale and the right sale, dont push your customers in deciding on the spot. Let them be to mull it over and let them come back to you when ready.

c.All good got some sheepskin seat covers for my Mercedes 40 per cent off just as well cause while they are sheeps wool they are not sheep skin as in with a pelt so bit like wool carpet is not sheep skin per say but they look good value and have a 2 yr warranty as usual staff there on the ball always helpful so cheers

T.Great Repco store. Easy to navigate around the store and lots of free customer parking outside. Friendly staff who are happy to help with any questions you may have. Never busy so the store isn't too cramped. It has a nice spacious feel about the place too.
R.Great service. They replaced my wiper blades for me with no charge for fitting them. Elsewhere I think they charge $5. The guy was really friendly and helpful too.
K.Great people. Moore's law means that staff need tech training on a regular, at least these guys in Napier actually serve you instead of looking at you stupidly from behind the counter like the other super cheap car parts store does.
