t.Had a major breakdown. Nicholls auto got onto the job straight away. Excellent tow truck driver. Nothing was a problem to him.
P.Went for advice on my Fiat. Obligingly they checked the complaint on the hoist. Offered a worthwhile opinion and did not charge. Thankyou Brett.
W.Had an issue with our starter and cooling system. Received excellent service where the technician went above and beyond. Very fair pricing and kept us informed throughout. Always went through the options, giving the pros and cons to saving money vs quality of repair so that we did not have to drain our budget. Can't recommend enough.
W.We had a work truck filled with incorrect fuel, which subsequently broke down. Contacted this company and they towed it back to their workshop, drained and cleaned out the incorrect fuel and had the vehicle ready for collection, all on the same day that we contacted them, for a very reasonable price. Phil towed our campervan as our alternator failed and had it fixed in 2 days. He lent us his own car for no charge so we could get to work which saved us some worries. We always expect to get rippped off since we're backpackers who don't understand cars but this time we felt like we get fair treatment and even extra help👌

No fuss straight up bunch that helped me out of a tight spot. I won't go anywhere else from now on. Not only did they save me money they had me mobile promptly and gave me handy information.

E.We had the brakes on our older rental RV breakdown near Abel Tasman park. The shop got there quickly and got it and us to the garage before closing. The next morning they identified the problem and contacted us in time to order the part to arrive the next day (Friday) before the weekend. The part came in and two mechanics had it fixed and test driven before noon the next day. This was of immense relief as we were counting on using the RV to have bookings at the end of December and new year as it is very busy on the islands around that time. The staff and the manager Phill Nicholls were very helpful and friendly. They made a every effort to answer our questions are make our stay easier while waiting, would recommend.
