I purchased 3 bulbs for $15 then paid $25 to have a staff member fit them in less than 2 minutes - the light manifold was damaged in a collision so there was nothing to be removed. I understand charging for some services that take time but a little more flexibility and assistance, especially to us car novices, would go a long way and earn goodwill. I got what I paid for but was left feeling disappointed by the transaction.

I was so impressed with the service we received today from Casey, he went out of his way to help us. Even though they were understaffed and super busy he took the time to help us with our purchase, was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. One of the best customer service experience that I have had in quite some time... give him a pay rise as he really deserves it!

Great range of tools, prices are cheap and you can save even more when specials are on if you have a club card. I always shop here for hand tools now, the quality is really good.
