W.I had ordered a suspension kit that was supposed to be a 1 inch lift. Ended up lifting over 4 inches. After a bit of back and forth about technical stuff and possible issues we settled on another suspension kit free of charge, sent straight to my address.
Dealt with a guy named Kerry who was a sharp communicator and did his best to resolve the issue. Huge shout out to the team
They know their stuff. My biggest advice would be to listen to them. They know suspensions and what product will suit your lifestyle. Dont be a hero.
Really happy that there are still businesses that are easy to deal with and genuinely want people to enjoy their products. That's resulted in a repeat customer base. Would recommend to anyone.
T.Great Service and awesome to talk to. Was a slight mistake and was overcharged by $10 on over $1800 worth of products. Kudos to them for attaching a $10 note to the shipment mentioning that i was overcharged. Honestly thats awesome to see the honesty and will 100% be going back to purchase more products.
