Excellent service, Duncan went above and beyond to save our butts, at 5pm on a Friday afternoon he organized us a rental car, storage for our broken down car, and a mechanic to look at it. All this after picking us up from the middle of nowhere. He was professional and friendly, and took much of the stress out of the situation. Highly recommended.

The team at Opotiki Towing & Storage were incredibly kind and helpful. Being towed is often stressful, but thanks to the clear communication and efficient service I was able to enjoy the rest of my time away knowing the car was in safe hands! :)
