Simon and Automotive Design have cared for my car for two years. The service has been prompt, very friendly and so helpful. With one issue he solved it in no time and kept me mobile. I certainly recommend Simon and his team as very professional, easy to deal with and helpful.

Simon and his team have dealt with my car for 6+ years. Always super friendly and don't beat around the bush. They are honest if there is an issue with the car and provide great advice in a way that I understand. They treat me like an actual person rather than just another number. Definitely recommend them!

Simon and the team always do a fantastic job, with trustworthy and excellent advice. I’ve been using Automotive Design for many years and they’ve helped me out of many a tight spot when the car has broken down; they really do go above and beyond for their customers. Highly, highly recommended.

Every year for three years I’ve had two cars given their WOF and annual service, with excellent service from Simon and his team. They supplied me with a courtesy car when needed and always have a pleasant rapport. I’d recommend them to others without any hesitation.

Simon and his team are brilliant at automotive design. if your car gets cranky, get it to Simon. Always up front, honest, affordable and good service. Customer service great. Also good links around the city in case there is something wrong that he can't handle and he sorts this out for you. Definitely the first stop I would make!

I've used Automotive Design (Simon and the Team) for many years. Incredible service and a great bunch of people who know what they are doing and consistently deliver. Fantastic value as well. Absolutely reccomend this business.

Just had a car service for WOF and able to finish it in less than 30 minutes. He also advised me to do the change oil w/c I agreed since I will be travelling for the next few months for work. He asked me stay or used their car as a courtesy if I need to do something while waiting. As a courtesy, I thought it is a free of charge so I used it and just go home and back for an 1hr and 15mins. He showed me the invoice and charged me for the courtesy car w/c he didn't mentioned that there will be charge for it for $8.++ dollars. It is not big and I advised him that he didn't mentioned that before I took the car. Still, I just want to thank him for the job he's done but feelings wise, I believe there's something different on it. I'm still happy as a client since he remove that 8 dollars. P.S. It is a lesson learned from me I guess that I should ask coz it is first to be there in the shop. But, it is also the owner/shop's responsibility to give a disclaimer that there will be a charge for it. Thank you and I'm still looking forward to build relationship with their team and get their services.

A fantastic service on my Audi, the staff new the car and it was all done within two hours. Very happy, and have already booked them to do some other work as they have identified a leak that I had been trying to trace for a couple of weeks. My experience with this shop is not so great. They failed to pinpoint the problem and they changed parts that were not supposed to be changed. Eventually I had to take the car to different shop and got it fixed.
