N.This business is old-school excellence. Professional service and top quality workmanship. They provided a courtesy car when one became available, and in the meantime gave me a lift to work. The repair when complete was perfect. Billing was as expected with no surprises. Also not surprisingly, there's a bit of a queue and you might need to wait a few days or weeks to get your vehicle booked in.
T.Provided great client service when things went wrong. Stewart is genuinely keen on seeing his customers leaving happy and for that I give them full marks.

C.I failed a WOF on rust on a structural crossmember, and it was to be signed off by a panelbeater or repaired.
This business inspected the incorrect part, and signed the rust off as negligible. 6 months later failed WOF due to severe structural rust - mandatory repair.
I returned here for the repair (that's when I found they looked at the wrong part earlier)
The reception lady was very rude on the phone and wouldn't listen to me asking if they would have time to check it out.
She just repeated to it in.... So I brought it in and surprise surprise: had to organise another time in person. Not impressed.
They failed to have the vehicle ready for me to collect as we had planned - since it was near the end of the day and other cars had been parked in front. I assume this was because I could not answer my phone that day but there was no reason to deviate from the plan.
Upon picking up the car after another day, I was informed that EFTPOS was not available - yet more inconvenience. Certainly had not been told beforehand.
3 stars at least since the repair was of high quality and I was able to view images of the process.
B.Cheerful, obliging staff and the car was finished when they said it would be. My car was pristine when I collected it. Very happy with the great job they did.
