They take an effort to hear out your concerns about your car and answer all your questions professionally and politely, according to your baseline level of understanding of vehicle structure and functioning. They were quick at responding to emails, and able to work with my busy schedule. They were able to arrange, order and replace parts in less than 24 hours. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

B.My FreeLander vehicle needed a window replaced. I rang JRM Automotive and they provided me with a courtesy car and promised to find out the price that day. They were back with two prices and repair timings within 2 hours. They fixed the car and had it back on the road by the next day. The service was excellent Tyron and Dave were really professional and careful to explain in simple terms what they would need to do and how much it would cost. They even cleaned the car inside and out before I picked it up.
