J.Long wait period obviously due to their popularity, however great service, including Saturday repair. Aside from 2 week wait couldn't possibly complain about anything.
L.The team at Novus did an awesome job installing my supplied Windscreen on my BMW E90 for a reasonable and fair price. Would definitely recommend going to them for a windscreen replacement. Thanks alot guys!

Not worth booking using the online form because they don't tend to check it, so if you are wanting them to sort your car, give them a ring or they probably won't see your request. You will need to book in advance.

A.Overall a good job but no rego label was put on new screen and when I asked about it they couldn't find it!
Also old screen had an auto wiper sensor in it. When I ordered new screen they rang me back to check which shape it was, diamond or round, as it has to be the correct one.i confirmed it was diamond, however they have installed the round shape
Novus is helping sort out issue with sensor and compensated rego label. Thanks
J.Two glass repairs in the last month! The service is excellent and quick. Broken glass fragments are vacuumed up and fingermarks removed to give a perfect finish. I recommend Novus!
