Firstly I was able to fet my into them the very next day and by the end of the day they had given me a quote for the work. S.You guys are awesome to deal with. Can't speak highly enough, even everyone I've spoken to have agreed couldn't have done any better. Michelle is wonderful to deal with in office, and Steve is awesome to be dealing with in workshop. In fact I've been dealing with Steve from before I brought my car as had done service for dealer beside. But was so helpful and with pre purchase questions as was one who saw it mechanically and I wasn't able to get over to see it before I brought it. More than happy with his reporting, so have been more than happy to keep working with him and the workshop. They've been more than happy for me to pay things off, then happy for me to build a good credit for this time. So more than happy can't speak highly enough.

M.Awesome service. I went in as a first time customer to get a job done. Expected to have to book in and wait a few days but it was done on the same day. I was expecting a bill for $150.00 - $200.00 but was given an invoice for $24.40. Lovely staff. I enjoyed the singing I could hear from the workshop too.

K.My Mazda had to have headlight bulb replaced and moisture removed I went to Mazda first they didn't look at my car totally unprofessional, office girl just said it needed replacing quoted $1593.31 for this new pack.
I then went to Tim Buys the guys looked at problem fixed it for me at $451.95. I'm on nz super so was thankful to them. Mazda should be ashamed of themselves.

R.I dropped off my neglected vehicle for a service and a warrent of fitness and they fixed all problems for it to pass a wof at a reasonable price, they also had it ready in great time. The office lady was also sincere and able to deal with changes swiftly.

Tim and his team look after my car no matter how minor the problem and have also given me advice when I have been in the market for a new vehicle.
p.Awesome job the last time i came in for WOF. Lady at reception was very nice esp when i wanted car done asap. First thing in morning and done in an hour. Very impressive as they fixed up what i needed to get WOF. Cheapest in town too.

T.By far the best mechanics in the Manawatu that went above and beyond to assist me and the family.
Wife broke down at Rangitikei BP petrol station at 12:00pm, unsure what happened. Later found out it was the starter motor.
After assistance from the general public we decided to seek assistance with our trusted mechanic however unsure if they could help as it was a Friday afternoon.
Spoke to Michelle at reception and was transferred to Tom, advise of what had happened and without hesitation or requesting for any sort of payment asked for my address to pick up the key and they will sort towing from where the vehicle broke down as we had left on site.
This was all done on a Friday within 1 hour of breakdown, if that’s not perfect customer service and efficiency I don’t know what else is as we were in a state of panic.
To top that off they offered a courtesy vehicle to ensure we had a means of travel for the weekend, we couldn’t collect during business hours so the lovely Michelle (reception) offered to meet on site after my sons training which was after 19:30.
We really appreciate the help and to be honest saved us a lot. Absolutely grateful for the amazing service. Yes the bill was given after all was sorted and fixed but no doubt the team at Tim Buys will receive a thank you gift from me and the family to show our gratitude. Thank you!!
