I have no words to describe this team and how awesome they are. They have helped us out so many times, given us the most efficient service and have really treated us with the utmost care. I recommend them over and over again. The booking system is seamless, the courtesy car is helpful, the team are great at explaining exactly what is going on also able to give approximate timing. Just absolutely amazing. Thank you for all your help!

What To Say a big thank you To Brett & The Team at coastal auto's. We were up in Papamoa on holiday & we had a overheating issue with our vehicle, Even though they were fully bizzy they managed to squeeze us in and fix our car for us as we were heading home tomorrow. Brett and the team really know their stuff. We've searched for 4 years for a good v8 mechanic. They all work on a problem together and communicate between each other to solve it. Super friendly and professional. Totally impressed!

I found Coastal Autos via google and the reviews are what made me give them a go. Great honest mechanic, try their best and succeed at fitting you in as best and earliest they can. Offer courtesy cars when they have them and get the work done when they say it will be. Work is really well priced and in the customers best interest. Will bring all future cards to Coastal Autos without hesitation, knowing they will be well maintained and at a fair price. No taking advantage of ladies with no knowledge etc. Definitely deserve the 5 star rating they have!

My car failed on the day I was moving house , rang Coastal Autos who squeezed me in for a scan, traced the fault , bought in the necessary parts, and completed the repair in just the afternoon. Amazing service , gave me a courtesy car, and absolutely fair pricing!. I will be using their services from here on in. Thanks very much team.

Brett has been amazing. Giving me helpful advice on my caravan and telling me ALL the options (including the cheaper option that was more fiddly). He kept in communication with me, letting me know what timeframe he was working in and making sure I understood why things were being done. Brett genuinely cares and wants to help in any way he can and is very reasonable. I have already recommended Coastal Autos to many of my friends and will continue to do so. Thanks Brett!

I must say 5 stars are more than justified, I’d give 6 stars if I could. Friendly, helpful and reliable stuff who are hard working to fix any problem. We came there and we really were worried about our very old Toyota Previa, and they looked through our car for 3 hours and giving us a fair price. Would 100% go there again. Great job!

Love the friendly local team Brett and Scott at Coastal Autos, been getting WOF and servicing done there for some time and there are never any surprises - always notice of upcoming issues ahead of time. Awesome surprise on my WOF invoice post lockdown though- a free coffee voucher for local enterprise "Blended" currently operating at level 3 out of a caravan. Locals supporting Locals - love it!

Staff are knowledgeable, have a great understanding about what goes wrong most often with different models of cars. Prices are fair, quality of work is top notch. Would recommend without hesitation.

We recently got some bad news that would require us to travel to Auckland a lot for the foreseable future so Brett and the team gave the car a good birthday for us, made the right recommendations and the car is running like a dream now. They were very flexible with drop off and pickup times, great communication and overall top notch service. Will see you again soon!!!

Took my car here to get WOF and radiator fixed and was all done in one day. I expected the radiator to cost me an arm and a leg from my previous mechanic quote but Brett worked some magic and was able to save me some $$$. Highly recommend this place to every and with out a doubt will return. They also have courtesy cars which are a big plus also !!!!

The honest and friendly service I was given at Coastal Autos, I honestly could not fault at all. I was told I needed work done on my car, freaking out right before Christmas about the cost but thinking well I can't do with out my vehicle so I just have to make it happen. I took it here and turns out the work did not needed to be done and well if they were as dishonest as the other mechanic they could have done the work, charge me and I would have been none of the wiser if they had done it or not. So very thankful for finding an honest mechanic because they seem rear these days!! Coastal Autos I rave to everyone about you AND you have my business should I ever need a mechanic again!

I found Coastal Autos after reading some Google reviews of mechanics around Papamoa. Brett is great to deal with over the phone and in person, and can't fault the service I've received from them. Def recommend. 5/5

Recently moved back to area and wanted to find a trustworthy, honest and open mech. Saw rave reviews here and on Facebook so gave these guys a crack. Super friendly and helpful, good rates and straight up. Answered my questions without the usual gender bias (it still exists!) and did some research for me. Will certainly be back 👍Cheers Brett!
