A Grade Automotive is highly recommended!! We were passing through Paraparaumu on our way to the ferry when an engine warning light came on in our Fiat Ducato. It was no problem at all for them to check the fault while we waited and provide excellent advice on how to proceed.

When you move to a new town, it's hard to find the right people to provide the services you need but the guys at A Grade were a very lucky find. A few years ago I was 'fobbed off' by the Wellington Nissan dealer. I was driving my 3 year old Navara to Auckland after getting off the ferry when it developed a sensor problem. They didn't seem busy and asked me to wait so they could get someone to look at it. Almost 2 hours my very young family and I waited, only to be told "Nah mate, we can't help yah" !!!! So, we slowly and carefully limped our way to Paraparaumu where A Grade Automotive appreciated our plight. In the time it took us to walk along to Mitre 10 for a coffee and cake A Grade Automotive plugged in, reset it and had the issue sorted. They charged me too little so I voluntarily paid extra. Even though it was a few years ago, I still sing the praises of A Grade Automotive, to whoever will listen, every time I drive through Paraparaumu. If I lived in Paraparaumu, A Grade Automotive would be my service centre of choice.

The local dealership did not want to help because you have to book in advance if you need help with an unexpected problem with your vehicle when on holiday :( So, I went to the A Grade guys. Boy, what a difference in approach. Friendly, understanding, and willing to squeeze me in to ensure my trip home would be a safe one. Thanks guys, you rock.
