Highly recommend this place. I moved to Pukekohe recently and I'm so glad I found this place. The staff are really friendly. It is really difficult to find a good mechanic for European cars that are affordable too. They did such a great job servicing my Audi. The car runs a lot smoother now. I won't be taking my car anywhere else. Thank you again for such a wonderful service.

Having recently moved into the area and bought a second hand car I wanted to give my car a full service. I heard good things about PS Automotive so I gave them a call to arrange a full service. From start to finish they were professional, friendly and very helpful answering any questions I had. Fair and honest pricing. I highly recommend these guys!

Dan and the team did some work for me last week and the service was outstanding, very professional approach, extremely tidy and clean workshop (how your mechanics?!) and such a good job done on my car. Was always kept upto date on the progress, team happily noted some other defects they saw as they came across it and offered a really good price for their service. Overall a fantastic experience, definitely worth the drive out to use them and nice to know your supporting a great family business

From the booking right through to when I drove out the front gate this crew is outstanding! I made several booking changes and each time they accommadated no questions asked in a friendly and cooperative way. The work done on car was major and extensive and was done quickly and professionally. It's rare these days that a crew like this operate in such an excellent way - so many overpriced cowboys out there! Not these guys!! This friendly, cool, switched on crew sorted everything with a smile and an on point chat. Awesome!!

To put it plainly they are my new go to place for any thing car service or mechanical repairs wise. I live 45 minutes and my experience with them was a high level of customer service and professionalism. There's really no other garage id bemore confident in taking my vehicle's to. My car suffered from catastrophic engine failure, Dan and the people at Ps automotive took great care of me and got my car ready for when I needed it. The pricing is fair and the workmanship it top class. Very highly recommended.

Dan, Tash and their team - amazing customer service, professionalism and knowledge. It's a challenge to find people you can trust who won't make the job bigger then what it is. Absolute legends, excellent service, really great people, very helpful. I was in Auckland for work and had major car problems, PS Automotive made room for my car and took on the insurance company to make sure all the issues were fixed and now my car is better than it's ever been. I'm a mechanic by trade and this is the only place I will take my car for servicing and repairs.

Excellent service would 100% recommend, went there this afternoon to see why my car was creeking, he put it up on the lift showed me where the problem was, then fixed it with ease. Definitely comming back!

Just had the best experience at PS Automotive. Dan and the team went above and beyond diagnosing a difficult issue that had been playing havoc with my car for months, explaining the issues and then providing a timely and cost effective solution. My Car runs like a dream now - highly recommended if you value first class service, a reasonable price and a happy can do attitude …it’s rare these days.

I always use AA mechanics and been AA member for nearly 20 years. My miniOne was always serviced by AA. Until 4 weeks ago, I went shopping and the car didn’t start when I finished shopping to come home. AA road service attended and couldn’t diagnose the problem and I end up on the tow truck home with car. I decided to take the risk and take the car to a different mechanic and I choose PS Automotive because of what read online about them. From the start, Dan reassured me that he will do his best. The car was towed to his yard because it didn’t start anymore and Dan mechanical diagnoses discovered what AA Pukekohe failed to tell me potential problems I have to be aware of. Fuel pump was gone, radiator was gone and Dan goes the xtra mile to get it replaced. Nothing in my miniOne history service with AA have they ever recommend to me these things. Dan is not just a business mechanic, he is a human mechanic that care about other humans who need help with their cars. I am sad to know AA Pukekohe have a huge interest to customers for $$$$ while they do a cowboy job. I realised that having a national brand does not mean they do care about the people who pays them their bottom line dollars. Money makes the world spin and the wheel of economy move, but those money are not from a thin air, they are from human. Covid really remind us that human are the fundamental of societies and I found that in Dan and his approach to me as a customer of his business. I support individual business now and encourage people to do the same. The franchisee model sometimes acted like leaches in societies that drained the blood and money off humans just for their commercial interest. That is my experience with AA Automative and I’m so grateful that Dan and PS Automative aren’t like that. AA have monopolies the automotive industry with their services for long time and depending on their loyal members to back them up. Loyalty is the biggest intangible assets to AA at the detrimental of individuals. I now prefer individual like Dan and PS Automative than big corporations like AA. At least Dan is the owner, and he is also the one that deal with the car and the customer. Good on you Dan. It bloody good to know their are good and decent human like you still in NZ Dan.

I'm a long term owner of a performance Subaru and there are two shops in NZ that I trust absolutely with my precious car and PS Automotive is one of them. PS Automotive recently changed hands into those of it's long term lead mechanic, Mr. #Danspeed himself, Daniel Longair. Dan has been able to achieve great heights in both his career and personal life, it's been a real privilege to witness them. I would place Dan as one of NZ's top high performance engine builders available, his fastidious attention to detail , and efficiency are hard to beat and the results speak for themselves. While PS Automotive are certainly well versed and well respected with Subarus, I have seen every type of car pass through the shop, everything from Kias, Audis, GT Falcons to constructing one of the fastest Mitsubishi EVO X's in the country. If you want a shop that you can truly trust your automobile with, to be 100% confident that you are receiving the best servicing possible at the best price, look no further.
