Above and beyond service! My partner and I were visiting Queenstown for a couple of days and our car starting having issues just as we arrived. We made contact with Addept and Hayden/Ryan were able to come out to our hotel to have a look over the car. After some investigation and work the car was back up and running. Unfortunately as we were leaving Queenstown the car starting having issues again, and we made contact with Hayden and drove to their workshop. These guys were fantastic and spent the rest of the afternoon working on the car - up until 7pm on a Friday night! Hayden and Ryan's service was the best we have experienced. Both were very friendly and knowledgeable and soon had us back on the road that evening. 10/10 service and well priced. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Would definitely recommend getting your service or repairs done here. Been to a few mechanics in Queenstown over the last couple years and Ryan and his team are by far my favourite. I had a quote from three different shops and addept was cheaper and also way friendlier then the other ones. Even tho he was booked out he managed to get my car done in a few days. It’s a bit hard to find and I only knew about it from a mate but whatever I need from now one , I’ll go there first. Cheers for an awesome service

This was hands down the best mechanic experience I’ve had in New Zealand (I’ve had a fair few across the country). They went above and beyond in service, to open up when I was trying to buy a car on one of my only days off- a Sunday (always going to be a difficult day), and took the time to give an honest pre-purchase evaluation. Hayden explained everything to me in language that I could understand and thoroughly looked over (and under) the car, leaving me confident on the state of the car and the purchase that I then made. He even picked up on a few things that the previous owner didn’t realise/notice too, despite the car having just passed a WOF. I 100% recommend Addept if you’re looking for a professional, reliable and honest mechanic.

Thank you Hayden, we were on the road on our way to Twizel from Milford Sound, had just made it to Queenstown when our brake pads wore out... we are so grateful that Hayden was able to help us out! He got us sorted with replacement brake pads within a few hours. Best service, life saver!!!

The entire process from start to finish was extremely professional. I booked online and had confirmation in minutes. Always Ryan kept me well informed on what was happening with our cars. Every service was carried out in the time stated and I was called back immediately once completed! The service was also way cheaper than others I saw around town. Thanks for that. Ryan is amazying. I called him on a Sunday afternoon, he stayed late to finish the job. Price was very reasonable. He is very professional. And will use him again and recommend to others AAA.

Ryan is the most helpful and honest mechanic. He has a true passion for cars. I was lucky to find someone to take a look at my car while I was stranded in Queenstown. He was very responsive and provided immediate help.

We asked Ryan to check and diagnose a problem with our Sabaru. He came out to our home and quickly sorted out what was wrong on the spot. Ryan is friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

5 stars fast service, honest and reliable. Nothing is cheap in Queenstown but at least Ryan charges was slightly reasonable and usually he takes booking on weekend.
