O.(Translated) Even though we have heard some very bad news, our car will fail because of the cylinder head gasket, I can say that the welcome was very warm, Jade, the manager is very professional, she knows how to listen, advise, seek the best solution for the client and despite the language barrier she was able to explain the problem to us perfectly. Best of all, not to mention the free coffee, this is the first garage I've seen so clean and tidy. To sum up for us this garage is honest, professional and warm.

Même si nous avons appris une très mauvaise nouvelle, notre voiture va lâcher à cause du joint de culasse , je peux dire que l'accueil a été très chaleureux, Jade, la manager est très professionnelle, elle sait écouter, conseiller, chercher la meilleure solution pour le client et malgré la barrière de la langue elle a su parfaitement nous expliquer le problème. Cerise sur le gâteau, sans parler du café gratuit, c'est le premier garage que je vois si propre et si ordonné. Pour résumer pour nous ce garage est honnête, professionnel et chaleureux.
