D.The staff that were here when I went are very friendly - I don’t know the girls name but the guy I think is named Mack, he changed my windscreen wipers blades.
They were both really helpful and happy despite being short staffed due to covid. I will certainly come to shop again due to their helpful and positive service.
R.Hit and miss.
They did a great job with replacing the battery for my car key fob.
Unfortunately they sold the wrong bulbs for my rear car light to me. They now keep closing the store all day due to lack of staff. Therefore I haven't been able to return the bulbs so far.
R.Good quick attentive service from staff..and good product knowledge..however cashier seemed to be on holiday..laughing and amusing herself whilst customers waited to be served..very school kid attitude not professional behavior
S.Save yourself some coin, guy was going to charge me a small fee - $10 to replace my rear window wiper, did it for nothing took a few seconds. Auto-mechanic quoted me $45, part cost $23.
E.Its a good store, small, but it has everything a standard store would have. You might want to ring ahead to ensure they have what you need before making the trip out. They will find out what stores have your product available so that is handy.
V.Nice shop with friendly staff but the prices are at the point where it might still be super but its certainly not cheap anymore 😕

Great service, always prompt. Staff are super friendly. Click n collect, they will put everything in the boot for you. Such a convenience! But looking forward to being able to do shopping in the store again.

C.Went to get a headlight bulb changed, didn’t think much to it but the store staff Summit had identified a few issues that I didn’t realise were there, he patiently explained what needed to be done to have the headlights in working conditions again while recommending different kinds of bulbs to fit to purpose/preferences. A great customer service experience!
F.Great business, always have cool specials that I can never walk away empty handed. Friendly helpful staff. They are the only place I have found locally that take old engine oil for recycling.

A.Arrived there just after 5:30 when they were closing. I needed oil for my vehicle. A staff member comes out and asks if I wanted something. I replied I needed oil for my vehicle. He served me even though they were closing. Can't thank these people enough. Great service and people driven.

P.I had an online package sent to me from your store. It was not only wrapped with Merry Christmas on the outside but after unwrapping the outer layer your staff had wrapped it in Christmas paper. The packing slip had a lovely Christmas message on it hand written also.
The extra length your store went to was amazing and I am so grateful as I was going to have to wrap it while avoiding my hubby's prying eyes.
It is now sitting under my tree wrapped.
You went the extra mile and I was so happy you did, you put a smile on my face and I have told others about the amazing Christmas spirit your store gives others. Top effort guys Have a Merry Christmas.
L.I was here because I wanted to return a converter that stopped working. The return happened without any problems and the staff was really friendly and helpful. They also seemed to have much knowledge about cars since we asked about some other issues we had with our car. It did not feel like the woman tried to sell us the most expensive stuff but only what we really needed. We can only recommend the store.

N.I was quite happy with the level of customer service at this branch, the staff were cheerful and polite and helped me find the correct spark plugs for my car. My one gripe would be the parking outside which is a bit limited and tightly spaced but overall a good shop.

S.Did online click & collect during Covid Level 3. Placed the order on a Tuesday and was told in the email to wait for another email when the order was ready to come and collect. Still nothing on Thursday so I sent follow-up email, but to this day I've never received a reply. We dropped to Covid Level 2 on the Monday so I just went into the store & enquired and they had my order sitting on a shelf. No idea why they never bothered to send the email saying I could pick up.
R.Boxing Day deals were great - the staff were excellent at helping me install a speaker system I bought for no charge (while I did all the work at home, they had advised every step).

I.Came here just for some spray paint for the car, and was served by very helpful staff, they had great advice and were more than happy to spend time advising the right product and sharing knowledge about tips and tricks. Counter staff were very nice too.
