Really good garage for car repairs. If Lake engines repair a car that's it it's done. Friendly staff and a very competent Team. Look after very modern cars like Suzuki and also look after my aging Jag. A team that can mai train any vehicle. Reasonable prices and excellent reporting of work carried out. Thanks Guys.

Our car started whining and losing power on the back roads between Cambridge and Taupo on 23rd December at 2.00 p.m! Lake Motors were the only garage who would have a look at it. Even though their workshop was backed up with cars, Brendon and a colleague conducted a thorough search for the problem, and advised us how to manage our return to Cambridge. They refused our offer of payment. I cannot rate these men, and this repairer highly enough. Thank you so much for helping us out when we had nowhere else to go.

The perfect garage/team to handle my unfortunate situation. After my car broke down just out of Taupo, they were the only garage willing to look at my vehicle and crack onto fixing it. They were incredibly understanding of our situation (we were travelling from Hamilton to Hastings) and looked after us in all respects. They fixed the issue with my vehicle in less than 24 hours too. I was really impressed at the level of care they took - not just of the care, but making sure we were sorted for transport etc. We were very impressed and will forever be very grateful!
