J.Customer service was excellent. We were down here for motorsport and had a question. The staff member grabbed a computer tool and came and connected it to our car to check battery and also other electrical information. Gave us a conclusion and then a solution. Assessed and repaired all in one visit and at a fair price. Pleasant surprise.

P.Thank you to Repco Taupo for helping me out during an emergency. I went in hoping to find a portable jump starter to buy as my car battery had just gone flat instead the team there offered to just go to my car and help me jump start it. Was saved so much time and hassle thanks to Bobbie who went above and beyond to help a girl out - during her lunch break even! She was very knowledgeable about the Repco products also. Would probably still be stuck if it wasnt for you and the team at Repco!
d.We drive 1.5 hours to our nearest Repco only to arrive late due to traffic 😔 it was closed 🤨 but 10 out 10 for customer service as they reopened and we got the post we needed. Thanks team Repco Taupo, you guys rock 😊
