W.These guys know their stuff. We take high end Italian and German cars to them and they just fix them. They talk the issues over, then solve them. Pricing is reasonable. Service is excellent. Skills are tops. Courtesy is 100%. We have been using them for 15 years and always use them. To have technicians of the calibre in Tauranga is fantastic

v.Highly recommend this company. John went above and beyond fixing up a issue with tires wheel nuts that were damaged elsewhere. His assistance in helping fix this problem was much appreciated .
D.Terry and the team are exceptionally knowledgeable and skilled in dealing with European cars. If I wanted cheap, I’d go to OilChangers, but I want my Alfa Romeo serviced properly and by someone with expertise, so Bay Automotive tick all the boxes.
N.I recently had my company car serviced by Terry. Had a call before extra work/costs were done and then when the invoice came through it was itemised with everything used and also the checks carried out. Never had that with any other dealership/workshop. Even rotated the tyres for me to ensure they last as long as they can.

h.Had the brakes & rotors on front wheels of car. Excellent service - was phoned about the cost and no other hidden extras were tagged on when paying (like some places do). I was also given a likely time the car maybe ready. Thanks for the complimentary clean of car - unexpected plus!

N.I had my Volkswagon Amrok Serviced this week, plus it was cam belt and water pump time and also WOF. Terry and the team booked me in over the phone and I dropped my ute off Monday. Called them Tuesday afternoon to find it was all ready to go!! It was a pretty big bill, but it was well explained and written up on the invoice.
