A.Brad at Bike Garage made a space for my bike and checked and adjusted my rear disk brake without a workshop booking as I was traveling thru. Really great service and so helpful, friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend.
V.A deserved five star. Taken two relatively unusual electric bikes in for servicing. No commentary about the heritage of the bikes. Focus was on what was required to get the bikes back on the road. What was done was well explained. Did not feel pressured to buy some add-on's or have the job extended. I recommend them and hope their business does well.

N.Today I visited this shop because I had purchased a new bike in Wellington and it was not working as it should. The team were so amazing, they could not have been more helpful, and they knew what they were doing. In fact they uncovered a number of issues with my bike and put them right for me. I would absolutely rate these guys.

s.I went to this bike shop thinking that I had a punctured tire but it turned out fine, it was only flat. The bike garage pumped my tire up for free and showed some great hospitality!
E.Went in for my first 'real semi- serious bike', was a little self conscious. They actually took the time to understand what I wanted and why I wanted it. I tried out 3 bikes and I wasn't rushed to make a decision. They explained the different features at a level I understood and were very friendly

S.Really good bike shop. Great service. Prices on bikes same as elsewhere but when you buy here you get 3 years of free servicing! If you want a bike in Tauranga then this is your best choice.
